I'm always looking for private guides rather than pay for the exorbitant excursions from cruise ships. Two years ago, after much research, I chose Denizham Pekoz from Ephesustours.com (den@transbalkan.com) for our Ephesus visit. He was outstanding in every way--knowledgeable, excellent English, and responsive to our numerous questions. He made our tour with him one of the highlights of our trip....
