I booked a balloon flight on the 21.01.2015. After haggling we got a great price, as we were a group of three from the dorm and being in the low season. We were picked up punctually at 5.45 from in front of our hotel with a modern minibus. After a short ride we arrived at their headquarters, were we received... More

Fear of heights ? Yes. Did it stop us ? No. Me and my wife had a great experience with Urgup Balloons. The pick up was on time, the pilot (Umit) was great. Everything went smooth. The view was incredible. Highly recommended...

We took our first balloon flight despite my wife's significant fear of heights, so we approached the experience with some trepidation. We are so glad we did - it was an amazing and moving experience for us both. The balloons are stable and comfortable - it was a cold, misty, winter morning but we were comfortable in the basket. The... More

We were on a budget and chose Urgup - did not regret it! The pilot (Ümit Arig) was really friendly and reassuring, and we got to see amazing landscapes. Thanks!

This was our first hot air balloon ride. The company picked us up from the hotel and took us to a central meeting point where there was coffee, tea, biscuits and snacks all included. Our hot air balloon pilot Umit was extremely funny, but also showed us how to get into a safe landing position, which we didn't even need... More

i booked my hot air balloon ride from my hostel, Ishtar Cave Pension. i booked the cheapest rate €100 for the ride. They said i may get new navigator or experience one, it's depend on your luck. But Overall experiences were great. Friendly and experience navigators. They served breakfast before the ride. Affordable price with best quality service.

People may think it is expensive, but after looking at all the efforts to raise up and to land the balloon, you will be pleased to know the money is well spent. My experience: the view was extraordinary, explanation by the pilot made us understand the place well.

First Hot Air Balloon Ride for me, not as frighten as some people says. The View is just overwhelming. You just got to experience it for yourself. Pictures are all good, but seeing it with your own eyes are just different.

We did our first hot air balloon ride ever, and it will be hard to top this experience anywhere else. After debating, we did the smaller group, longer flight, and would not hesitate to say it was money well-spent (~225 USD per person). Our pilot was fluent in english but our group was multinational; he had been a tour guide... More

From our arrival at their office, to the launch site, flight, landing & return to our Hotel, you'd have to stay that they are one class act!! We flew with the chief pilot, & every bit of his 8 years experience showed as he lifted, turned, dipped & maneuvered to give us the most amazing flight experience! Good on you all... More
