The mosque is small and old. However, adjacent to it is the mausoleum of a notable Ottoman sultan. it is part of the ancient history of the Ottoman sultanate.

It's not only the majestic (indeed) building, it's also and in particular the location which makes this place special. Enjoy the view and take a stroll through the enclosed graveyard.

This may not be the grandest of mosques (Camii) in Bursa yet it has a simple magnificence of its own; the marble fountains used for washing up before prayers are just pieces of art, the open ceiling, marble floored hall in the middle is so cool & inviting, with its center piece mountain; the mosque to one side is an... It is well worth it to know more about the Turkish culture. They have the tombs of the Sultan and his family in a very well preserved building.

Emir Soultan is not a king. He married with Yildirim Bayazid (The soultan of Ottoman). However his way is islam and he never run after kingdom or money etc.. Visit his mosque and ask the details of holly stories about him.
