Which was the best? - swimming in the warm water, looking at the sunken city, watching 2 large sea turtles swim by, looking in the blue cave, walking among the rocks on Kekova Island, eating ice-cream on top of our boat, sipping Turkish coffee as we cruised around, climbing to SImena Castle? I can't decide so it all must have... More

You can hike or take a boat. Beautiful. There are places to eat. Just a relaxed getaway for a day or half day.

You really feel that you are getting close to history when you see the sunken city. Also, the castle with its battlements gives an unparalleled view of the whole area-well worth it!.

Visiting Kekova sunken city with Captain Hassan out of Ucagiz was a real treat. The water was a deep blue and the sunken ruins were visible through the clear waters of the sound and through the glass bottom portion of the boat. Captain Hassan was amazing and very accommodating to our wishes. We went in mid September and had the... More

We signed up to go on a boat trip to see the sunken city and arrived at the dock to dins that we were the only passengers that day. Instead of cancelling, the captain took us out for an amazing ride and exploration. Ask for the boat, Nergiz 4, and captain Durali. His wife is both deckhand and chef and... More

Lovely snorkelling in Woodhouse bay, good food and warm welcome at Hasan's in Kalekoy. Friendly service at Hassan's in Ucagiz

really enjoyed the sea kayaking, but the sunken city was over rated and a waste of time, couldn't really call it a city, a handful of ruins barely visible

the whole day was great - sparkling clear water, good boat, great crew, food - and all really cheap. Visited many different bays and swam for many hours - great value trip

We took other TripAdvisor visitors' advice and that of a couple of Kas locals and drove to Ucagiz, arriving at around 11.15 when it was really quiet. The drive was an experience in itself, winding through a corner of rural Turkey and dodging the goats. We'd been warned to ignore the guys at the entrance to the village offering parking... More

We drove to Ucagiz to take this trip, it's about 40 mins from Kas and cuts out a lot of sea cruising which is not my thing. A walk along the port will give you a chance to look at the boats and get the trip that suits you. We went on the excellent Merhana boat with the captain Durali,... More
