Typical Turkish market on the way to the Marina. Take your time to visit all parts of the market and try to haggle for a bargain. Its good fun and can be profitable

Kas market is held every Friday near the bus station. Wide variety of goods & produce to buy. Don't forget to haggle!

I love small bazaars like this. It's like being transported back in time. They have really great produce and spices. Things like that. Not a great place for clothes shopping, of course. But fantastic just to experience. On Fridays.

At first glance you might think this market sells mainly fruit and veg. Take a look further inside to find more: * Cheap clothes - if you forgot to pack your shorts or sun-hat you'll find clothing stalls downhill on the left from the main entrance. * Cheap shoes - trainers, sandals, flip-flops - but not much in the way... I was able to make a visit this year. The market has villagers selling the stuff they made at home, like olive oils in plastic water cans. I bought olive oil, honey and red pepper flakes. All the stuff i bought came out to be great, we are still enjoying the tasty olive oil dipping bread into it. Only thing... More
