It's well worth the effort because the marina is a lovely crescent-shaped place where fishing boats rub shoulders with smart yachts. Watch the fishermen sell their latest catch and chat with yacht owners. A few small cafes offer coffee or tea. Look back up toward the plateau, which forms the basis of Antalya and get a special view of the landmarks from down below. « less

After roaming around the old part of the town through narrow cobbled streets head down to the harbour and you'll see a restaurant perched at the top of the cliff. Get a table next to the glass balustrade and you could be anywhere in the world, truly wonderful. Fresh fish is good but it is more expensive.

I found the marina way more interesting from afar! It is worth the visit if you want to book a boat trip. The wandering through Kaleici is more interesting than the destination. Noisy, narrow, with people shouting and trying to convince you to go on a boat trip, we didn't feel like staying long, took few pictures and went eating... More

Tourist boats leave the old harbour, that biblical Paul visited on his trips to Asia Minor (now Turkey), for trips that can last 1, 2 or 6 hours. The touts for the boats will try and rip you off with extortionate prices but you can get a reasonable boat ride to see the sights if you shop around, haggle and... More

You can negotiate with the crew a good rate. Had a two hour boat ride along the coast which was very enjoyable.

Pretty enough but quite busy when we went. We found a fairly quiet bar for a drink, which was a pleasant break.

head out early in the morning if you can - the harbor is incredibly quiet and nearly uninhabited at this time of day making it easy to get some great photos of the area - its a shame that most of the beautiful gulets in the harbor are turned into tourist traps and covered in memorabilia from the pirates of... Sailors trying to sell you their daily tours, tourists and locals walking around admiring the view, the smell of the food coming from the restaurants, ... It's a place full of animation. A must-visit during day and night!

This seaside location is pretty, with all the boats and cafes. It's very popular for a stroll, for tourists and Turks. There are some good restaurants dockside at a number of price points. Sunset is lovely there. However, beware of the aggressive boatmen, they all want you to take a ride with them. Sadly this detracts from the ambience. P.S.... More

It is just a normal harbour. Have a lot of tourist vessel and restaurant. You don't miss anything if you miss here.
