It's well worth the effort because the marina is a lovely crescent-shaped place where fishing boats rub shoulders with smart yachts. Watch the fishermen sell their latest catch and chat with yacht owners. A few small cafes offer coffee or tea. Look back up toward the plateau, which forms the basis of Antalya and get a special view of the landmarks from down below. « less

The view during light time is just beautiful. It could get annoying with the poeple trying to get you to ride their boats. The ships and boats provide a view on it's own. Nice enviroment. Be sure to get on a boat that's looks full otherwise you'll be waiitng a long while til it gets full. The restaurants around it... More

Worth the visit but check the bill if you eat at a restaurant and double check they gave you the same Euro->Turkish Lira exchange rate as you were told before sitting down. Someone is always out for gaining an extra Euro or two sadly.

Very clean, well organised and charming area! Big thank you to the authorities, taking care of the mobility details (big elevators to bring you to the marina area, great panorama sites)!

The harbor distrct is so beautiful! Be sure and go to this lovely harbor. Yes it is a long walk, but there is an elevator that can make the journey much easier. Once we arrived at the actual harbor we hired a gentleman to take the four of us out on a two cruise of the beautiful Mediterranean. The harbor... More
