Attended the park as part of a Zulu excursion with Thomson's Holidays. Cost 89 dinar pp working out about £32 pp!! Lots to see and the park is beautiful. Fed a Giraffe for 10 dinar and saw lots of different animals! Went for dinner & a show as part of our deal, dancers were fab and the food was delicious,... More

we loved our time here ... the keepers are forever trying to earn extra money by letting you hold baby lions and feeding the giraffes etc which is fine but what was really annoying was the fact you have to pay an extra 20 dinar each to see the dolphins - not good if you have told your children they... Visited exactly a week ago on a Thompson organised excursion. The trip cost 89 Dinars per person (about £32). We were collected around 2pm from our hotel and taken to the Zoo. For a foreign zoo the enclosures were very good and the animals all looked in great condition, The place was clean and tidy, I was very impressed. It... More

Just returned from Tunisia yesterday and visited Friguia the day before we left. We had a few hours to look around the zoo, which was average, plenty of animals but obviously the standards and enclosures aren't like ours at home. The Zulu evening was brilliant after the free time in the zoo. We had a 4 course meal and wine,... More

This my first average review as my family and I are easily pleased but this time we felt that the zoo needs some makeover. Most of the animals looked tired during the time of our visit although my daughter 9 yrs old was very pleased to see some animals only found in Africa. The entrance 10 dinars (£3.50) was very... Went on the Thomas Cook arranged excursion which included the Zulu show. Enjoyed the zoo the most of any zoo that I have been to mainly because of the way it was laid out by means of a walk way above some of the enclosures. Made for great viewing! The sealion show was only one sea lion but was entertaining.... More

We missed out on the organised excursion to the safari park which worked out much better for us! The excursion included a Zulu show and meal but with 3 toddlers, we heard from other hotel guests, that this would not be ideal. So we ended up booking a minibus through the hotel reception (4 adults & 3 kids) which picked... More

This is one of the best zoos I've ever been too. The animals seemed very happy in their surroundings & lets be honest they are predominately African animals in Africa! The enclosures are laid out so its better for the animals than the people viewing them so the elephants are kind of at the back & difficult to see but... More
