This trip was organised by thomson whilst staying at Riu Marrilia. It was only about £17 each, it only took about 20 minutes from the hotel to get there, all animals seemed to be well looked after ( I hadn't read any reviews beforehand) but we are animal lovers and all seemed ok. There is notices to say do not... More

We arrived on the 10th sep and booked this on the 11th for the 12th of sep. I heard good reviews about the park and show and even the reps said it was a fantastic trip. From hammamet takes around 1hour by coach. Costs just 10dinar to feed the giraffes and you get around 5hours free time which is more... More

Friguia Park had plenty of different animals here to see, would definitely be worth making a day trip here to go to the zoo. Has got a big African feel to it with the paintings on the walls and huts selling gifts. You can buy some great gifts from these stands. Saw reviews about feeding animals and saw a few... More

Lots to see and do, animals looked happy and healthy and we had a fantastic afternoon. However, its a bit uphill and isn't very accessible for pushchairs or wheelchairs which is a shame. Make sure you have suncream and comfortable shoes.

Probably the hottest day we had during our week in Tunisia, so regular stops around the park for cold drinks and elusive shade were required. Sea lion show was a bit of a bust - the steps that doubled as an amphitheatre type thing to watch the show were scorching hot, and the sea lions just weren't having it. Too... More

*SORRY NOT A REVIEW* Hi, I'm visiting Tunisia towards the end of September and am looking to book to swim with dolphins. I have found a website (Tunisia First) where I can book a day trip including a private session. Its £149 per person which includes, entry to the park, private taxi to the park and back to hotel, ticket... More

The Friguia park is some 15 km south from Hammamet resort. We did it on our own, without a tour with a rented car. Actually, there are 2 parks, the Zoo and the dolphin park, each paid separately. The entrance for the Zoo is 10 dinars (5 for kids), and for dolphins 20 dinars (10 for kids). For family of... More

Kids really loved this trip seeing all the animals my niece paid extra and got to feed a giraffe. They didn't like having to be up so early and it was quite warm but soon sorted them out an cooled them down with water and ice cream.
