this place is terrible. run down, hardly any animals (unless you like sheep and goats - they have a whole area for them...exciting huh?). everything is extra. dolphin show. 20 dinars each. feed the giraffe? 10 dinars each. (actually, feeding the giraffe is great). feed a small cow with horns? 10 dinars each. photo with a sea lion? 10 dinars... More

Happy, healthy animals but not many of them! Not enough to keep you busy all day that's for sure. Lots of the optional extras (feeding giraffes for example) were closed. Half day trip Max and filled with what I assume to be groups of school kids... on a Sunday? Their weeks must be different to ours.

Friguia park is a trip endorsed by #FirstChoice and is well presented by the local reps, they present amazing photos of animals, animal feeding and activities taking place within the park. They refer to it as Safari - reality it is a very poor effort of a zoo! Do not be fooled and do not waste your money. We visited... More

Me and my partner visited this animal park which was recommended to us by our resort. We are true zoo fanatics so this was a very pleasant surprise. The cost for 2 people to enter the zoo was 22.5 TND which was very reasonable in comparison to UK prices. The reason why it is a must see is because you... More

Well let me say firstly the park itself was not what I expected, we went on a particularly hot day which seemed to have affected most of the animals and people... The sea lion show was great, couldn't help feel sorry for the white tigers though one seemed to be in quite a small enclosure. Our trip was rushed so... More

Omg this place is so dirty. It smells terribly of urine. Dirtiest toilets i have ever seen in my life. The pathways are really unsafe. The animals look thin, dried up, starving and miserable. It really is painful to see. The zulu entertainment was ok bless them they work hard but it goes on forever and really uncomfortable seating. Very... More

Very pleasant .. Zoo keepers will get close to animals and take pics for you for a small fee. Sea lion show is fabulous.

Although the park itself was heaving they have the most amazing animals and you can feed the giraffes and swim the dolphins for about £3. They also offered an AfricanDream meal, the experience was unforgettable, a three course African meal and unlimited wine while the Zulu dancers perform dancing, singing and playing traditional African tribal instruments.

The Zoo was lovely loads of animals. Although they all seemed hot and bothered. We got a ticket through our rep at the hotel and it included a 3 course Zulu themed 3 course meal which made my experience in Tunisia feel so African at last. Would totally recommend, especially with kids.
