This cruise on St Lawrence River is a spectacular view of the beautiful homes on these islands each having a different design and one main Boldt Castle which is open for public viewing. All the way there is English and Chinese language commentary which can be clearly heard on these tranquil waters inside the cruise boat. It takes about two... More

This is a great way to see some of the beautiful landscape and take in Boldt Castle. Preferable to the taking the tour from the Canadian side as the passport issue is not an issue. If you go to Boldt Castle from Ganonque in Ontario then you are required to show a passport.

These are huge boats. Our tour guide shared a lot of information. I took the two country tour and the castle. Gota do this if your up there. I was pirate days and the town had a party atmosphere. Stayed at the marina across from the Castel. The galley has a bar and snacks. Very enjoyable time for the afternoon.

Best parking in Alex Bay for their customers. The boats are comfortable and clean. Good weather or bad they are quite comfortable. We did the lunch cruise and it was a good picnic buffet. The price was right for the combo of lunch and tour. You could pay more on land and get less. You will see all the important... More

Most everyone visiting the Thousand Islands takes one of the tours offered by Uncle Sams. I strongly recommend the two hour tour around Millionaires row into Lake of the Isles. The lunch and dinner cruises aren't as good due to the quality of the food and the distraction from the main event - the beautiful island views.

We kind of 'fell' into this tour when we went into the NY Visitor's Center after leaving Canada and they suggested it to us. We so enjoyed it. It was reasonably price, the tour people were competent and pleasant and we were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted to at Boldt castle. It was so interesting to... More

Took the two hour two nation tours on a beautiful, sunny, Saturday afternoon. Sat on the top deck and soaked in the sun as the boat navigated the St. Lawrence River and the many beautiful islands. Our tour guide Tim did an excellent job explaining the different homes on the islands an was very informative. The trip was well worth... More

I have been on 2 different cruises with this company and neither was a disappointment. I would recommend doing the 2.5 hour long 2 nation tour as I feel it is the best bang for your buck. If you want to spend an extra $8 you can add the Boldt Castle tour option, which will require an additional 1 hour... More

We took a 21/2 hour tour and enjoyed it. We have taken this cruise before and always enjoy it although there isn't much new from year to year. That's okay as we are mainly concerned with the scenery.

This boat tour was made a totally fun experience by our guide who had jokes galore, interspersed in his informative commentary about the St. Lawrence 1000 Islands. We had the most beautiful conditions; bright sunshine, warm temperatures for late September, and the water was so clear and blue! I would recommend this trip whole heartedly.
