I liked this area the best of all the beaches near Phuket. Water is calm in the mornings, rougher in the afternoon. Good for families.

The beach looked beautiful when we arrived. Markets and restaurants leading to the beach all same same as other beaches. Unfortunately there was not much shade from trees and our small umbrella didn't quite do a good enough job. We were also unlucky to have come across an abundance of sea lice. There are toilets and showers for 10THB and... More

The bright blue buses (Songtaew), with their gaily-painted destination signs written along the top, are easily identifiable. They travel the island on designated routes, leaving the central market area in Phuket Town every half-hour between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm, and traveling to each of the various beaches. Nai Harn Beach can be reached by these buses and average cost... More

Soft soft soft sand, great waves...amazing swimming beach! Restaurants, street food, drinks, shopping all in one place...fairly family friendly.
