Expected this to be small-scale and tacky - was very pleasantly surprised by just how comprehensive and interesting it is. Worth the visit!

You do not have to be interested in sea shells to be amazed at what is beautifully presented at this museum. My wife and I were there for well over an hour and could so easily have been there longer. Great souvenir shop with some amazing bargains for real quality merchandise. Spotlessly clean and inexpensive restaurant and ample parking.

I went with my mother here on a rainy day really not expecting too much from the place as I have never seen anyone there but we were both surprisingly pleased with the museum. It is not that large and at best it takes an hour or so to see everything but there were some amazing shells and some really... More
