Tough going in the heat......

Two courses to play here and both in great condition. The 18 hole course is a long slog in the heat in great condition and nice wide fairways for the amateur golfers amongst us to capture those wayward shots. The 9 hole course is very challenging with plenty of water around the place a real tactical type 9 with shot... More

Phuket Country Club was on my list of clubs to play in Phuket and I am happy to strike it off the 'to do list'. Not a long course but very tiring when playing in 30 degrees plus and no buggies. You need to be aware that there are many elevated tees that can and will take your breath away.... More

A good course, great caddies, and great change room facilities. But if you are only playing one or two courses in phuket, spend a bit more and play Red Mountain or Loch Palm.

Although the course is not very long the challange is to hit the rather small greens. Some of them are surrounded by very difficult pot bunkers. Sensational is the par 5 hole no 10 around a lake. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on, some buildings very close to the fairways.

PCC is the oldest club on the island (about 25 years). It is a relatively easy lsyout but is in good condition. Staff are efficient and pleasant. The club manages speed of play well so there ate no 5+ hour rounds. A new locker room opened in last year which is super. Caddies are above Phuket Island avetage but getting... More

This was a nice golf course, we were disappointed with our caddies, not very helpful and expected a big tip. This is a walking course only, so beware if its a very hot day. Nice club house, very clean. There was only a shop at the ninth to get top ups with drinks which is not good in the heat... More

Maybe not at par with Blue Canyon and certainly not Red Mountain, it is still a nice course. Men play blue, white is too short. From white (or red for women) it is a manageable course even for beginners. We quite liked the course.
