A short long boat ride and you will find this little perfect beach. The water is clear and clean and you will see plenty of tropical fish if you bring your snorkel and mask. The beach is not over crowded and the locals have a bar/ restaurant so don't forget to bring some cash. Laze the day away without being... More

You have two different option to get there. You can get round trip boat ticket from the Patong beach for 850 Baht(March 2015) or you can ride a bike to entrance at top of a mountain, it 20 minute away from the Bangla road, easy to find. Then you should pay 100 Baht entrance fee for each person and 20... More

This beach would be another candidate for best beach in the world, attributes are the clean, soft white sand and clear water, secluded beach free from jet ski's, safe swimming and the southern end of the beach is covered in coral which means plenty of fish. The best way and cheapest to get here is via motorbike, 100 baht entry... More

We visited this beach in March and it was quiet and beautiful! You can walk here however it is not for the faint hearted in the dead heat of Thailand, getting there is fine as its all downhill but the trek back is honestly so tough it makes the money for the longtail boat from Patong a very easy spend.... Really nice beach, would be a lot nicer if it was choked with tourists and longboats. Relatively clean. Shady spots all taken by people renting chairs, so be ready for that.

The beach was a nice break from the busy beaches in Patong and away from the people constantly selling items. The restaurant area was nice and the people there were very friendly.

The beach is most easily accessed by longtail boat from the southern end of Patong beach. Its about a 10 minute ride and the fare is not very negotiable but you should get to 1300 Baht return for two. The beach is pretty but quite busy and there are loungers and umbrella's to hire in the trees behind the beach.... More
