If you are looking for a lighthearted approach to cooking quick practical thai food in a clean environment within a small group, then this is for you. It covers basic ingredients and how they are combined. I loved the trip to the fresh food market where our instructer was happy to explain the huge array of everyday meat, fish, fruit and... More

We had a great group experience when we did the cooking class. Really loved learning about the key ingredients and methods for cooking fresh classic thai dishes. Really enjoyed learning how to make curry from scratch and traditional flavours of cooking thai. Making the dishes was fun and eating the meals I the lovely restaurant even better!!! Liked learning the... More

This was the worst cooking class my husband and I have ever experienced (out of quite a few). It was a waste of time and money (1500 baht/$50). Run the other way, as there are many better options in Thailand. 1. Although the website advertised that we would be able to choose 3 dishes to make out of 40+ choices,... More

You will have the best time small groups, you can pick the food you want to learn how to cook. Laugh I had a great time. This is worth doing, by yourself or with friends or your family. By the way you get to eat the food after you cook. Do it, you will love it.

Very close to our accommodation at Patong Merlin. We were very happy with the small class for the afternoon which kept us amused before our late flight from Patong back to Melbourne. We had a great time learning and cooking; and as we had to leave early to pack and make our flight, it was possible for us to skip... More

My friends and I completed a cooking class yesterday, and it was so much fun! We have been here 3 times in the last 4 days, highly recommended - amazing food, great atmosphere and very friendly service! Also its so well priced, we each get 2-3 dishes! In love with this place and the friendly staff. No doubt - BEST... More

We had a hens party with 15 of us girls cooking 2 dishes each. They had us in teams of 6 with 2 girls cooking at a time from each group. All the ingredients were measured out before our arrival, so it made the cooking very easy. Complimentary cookbooks for all of us. We had a fantastic time with lots... More

A. The introduction by Irene had nothing to do with cooking or ingredients. She did a short introduction about the ways Thai ‘people say hello to each other. And explained the rice vinegar, the brown sugar, the soya sauce, and the chili flakes. Do you really think we are completely stupid? We have never seen these items? The Kaffir leaves... More

Went there in November, 2013. Actually, hadn't planned to and was just passing by when the welcoming orange plaque caught my attention. So, I walked in. Unfortunately, Pum herself wasn't around at the time but one of her nice waiters told me quite a lot about the cooking school and the classes on offer. After the detailed description I made... More

I went on the 11am class yesterday after hearing about it on trip advisor. I was looking forward to it but the course exceeded my expectations. Irene was a great teacher who was very patient, informative and very smiley! I had to attend the corse on my own as my partner wasn't too well back at the hotel but I... More
