Beside the Noppharat Thara Pier where longtails ferry groups out for trips. Good place for a quiet walk during sunset, low tides will see the waterline recede out very far and you can walk to a small island to explore. Not as crowded as Ao Nang Beach.

nothing much seen at this beach except speed boats for island hoping. most of the tail boats and speed boats take off from here for island hoping.

This beach as others have said is better than Aonang, but I stopped short of excellent because I am at Klong Maung beach which is excellent. If you are staying in or around Aonang then this beach is probably better for you as you can walk to it. for the more adventurous hire a small motor bike and try KM... More

much better beach than Aonang beach, lots of space but not much shade, used by the locals. Tide goes out a long way so better to go in the morning rather than afternoon otherwise you will have to walk half a mile to get to the see.

If you want to get away from the bustle of Ao Nang beach this is place to go. much quieter beach just bit further down from Ao Nang. Lovely stretch of beach with stunning views of Islands set in national park. Just handful of beach bars/cafe/massage nearby compared to touristy Ao Nang.

This is a great beach, much better than Ao Nang. The water is quite shallow and you can wade out very far during low tide. It's much quieter than Ao Nang, since there are almost no longtail boats, the water is just as nice, if not clearer and at low tide you can walk across the sandbank on the west... More

This beach was hit by the Tsunami some years ago. It is adjacent to Ao Nang. We have walked out to the large outcroppings during low tide. The water here is very shallow even during hight tide.

We arrived at the jetty noon and we were given the day to explore Krabi. A quiet beach compared with Ao Nang nice beach and not crowded. Food as plenty and not as costly. If you need to go to Ao Nang it will cost 40b on tuk tuk 5-10 minutes ride depends on traffic. Its more of a local... More

You can hardly see anyone there.. but the beach is good and photogenic. Only few small shops and hotels. If you stay for long in krabi, it is good to visit.

This is a beautiful long three Kms stretch of Beach with white sands. A very good place to just walk in the waters for long distances. During the low tides, one can cross over to an island.
