When the tide is low you're actually able to walk the sand bank from Tup Island to Chicken Island and vice versa. Chicken Island has a restaurant and Tup Island has a small stand where you can get things like potato chips and hot dogs. Both island get easily crowded, so be sure to get there early. Also remember that... More

Dont bother coming here if you have been or are going to hong or phi phi. Its nothing compared to them. Just a small island totally crowded. Forgettable.

This has to be the perfect little island to enjoy sunset during the high season if not a little busier on the island than previous years but still sooooo relaxing and peaceful.

Hardly any room for more boats on the small beach line. It is beautiful, yes, but heavily over-run. In high season assume that you cannot even walk on the beach because of other people and because of anchors from boats. I went snorkeling and the corals are bleached and/or dead because of people walking everywhere. But still beautiful.

The Tup island is a beautiful sight to behold! Crystal clear water, colourful sea creatures and soft white sand. It is usually always crowded because it is a very popular tourist spot in Krabi. There are 3 islands side by side. We reached one of the islands at around noon and after about an hour, we were able to walk over... More

This was a beautiful beach that had an adjoining beach. It was definitely worth the trip and enjoying some sun and swimming.

a must visit but like with all the other islands I visited .... overcrowded with tourists ... don't seem to have toilet facilities which result in less desirable environment up on the hill ... maybe it was a once off incident ... still beautiful surrounds ...

Pros: very soft white sand and crystal clear water. Very small beach on this small island that might fit a maximum of 100 to 150 people. A small hill onto which you can climb and have a look around. You'll get the lonely feel on the top surrounded by trees on the island and water around it. The best part... More
