Dive site with leopard sharks

There is a dive site near small phi phi island where leopard sharks hang around (might be their cleaning station). We spotted 4 or 5 of them. Visibility is not that great, but... read more

Been here 12 years ago and back then it was a real paradise. Went back in 2015... A real nightmare! Maya Bay was like a marina with one hundred boats parked on top of each other going back and forth to pick up/drop off mainly chinese tourists...thousand of them yelling and screaming with their long selfie sticks pointing at each... From afar the beaches and cliffs look amazing and most of them truly are - but if you take a closer look then most beaches are full of garbage. You have to pay a 20 Baht entry fee and it seems like nothing is done with it. The famous Maya Beach is packed with boats and there again you have... More

There is a dive site near small phi phi island where leopard sharks hang around (might be their cleaning station). We spotted 4 or 5 of them. Visibility is not that great, but the chance to see leopard shark is amazing. Not many dive masters know the location, so you may have to specifically request for it. This may be... More

The whole day was fantastic. The speed boat with 675 horses on the back. The overcrowded beach was an experience, what must high season be like. fabulous lunch at the big island. Snorkeling was nice. The visit to the pearl shop on the way back was good. The boat crew was so helpful.Well worth the money.

Koh Phi Phi is the most beautiful place I have ever seen, albeit I am not a veteran world traveller, this is one amazing island to visit if you want to be bombarded by beauty! The boat ride to get here is really awful as it is not one of the comfortable Lomprayah boats but more like a cattle boat,... More

I'm not sure what we expected fron this island but it wasn't a party scene. We had a fab time here. We loved that there is no transport here and that you can walk around the whole island. Definitely worth visiting when your on your travels, and if you get a chance do some diving the sea life is incredible!

The ocean was clear and the rocks were amazing. Some parts of the island were over crowded! Remember if you are snorkeling to wear flippers as you will end up having an urchin in your foot!
