My wife and I visited here on a small group tour, it was great to see the Tigers so close and be able to touch them and get lots of photos with all the Tigers of various sizes they had there, after our photos we were able to walk one of the big Tigers with one of the Monks, then... More

It is a fantastic experience and i am very impressed with the job those monks have done. The tigers are taken for a walk after a heavy lunch when they are introduced with the tourists. All the things like walking the tiger, getting pictures clicked in various poses and touching them is a very exciting and good experience. The tigers are... More

heard so many good things about this, was HIGHLY disappointed when I arrived. All the tigers were chained up and sedated to high heaven. The people who worked there stated before entering the tigers 'these animals are under not medication or sedation' .. But they were so dosile, was not nice to see. You walk around with workers who take... More

Heard really good things about tiger temple but when visited yesterday with a tour group we was highly disappointed with what we got. It was rushed, you got around 2 seconds with the Tigers and the staff rushed us out so they could close. Would not recommend as it was a waste of money!

If you go with a guided tour, about a kilometer to the shed where the tigers are hosted in open air. About of 15 tigers with almost the same numbers of keepers. 3 options 1. free (paid as part of the guided tour): there is a seperate queue for this. make sure you hold a camera with you while in... After reading previous reviews, we paid extra (and got up at 4.15am) and booked the early morning visit to the Tiger Temple and so glad we did. There were only approx 20-30 people there & after giving alms to the monks we fed the tiger cubs, had breakfast, walked the tiger cubs, washed & fed an adult tiger, played with... More

It truly is an amazing experience to get up close and actually touch the tigers. The volunteers and people working at the temple were always at hand especially to guide us around the tigers and also help to take pictures of us with the tigers. I would suggest to take part of the feeding the baby cubs program. We were... More

We visited here as part of a tour and my husband and I had different responses to the visit. I found the place depressing and desolate. The situation of the Tigers aside, the zoo is desolate and stark; red dirt, concrete and generally run down. My husband, on the other hand, loved his encounter with the tigers and was more... More

I have read many of the reviews and there are definitely 2 schools of thought. I am of the opinion that the tigers are being exploited as a money making exercise and that what I saw in no way represents a beautiful experience with such a wonderful creature. We were lined up taken into an enclosure being held by the... More
