4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2014 NEW

I've only recently started playing golf, and thought I would have a round at the Royal Hua Hin golf course whilst here on holidays. I hired a golf cart which was a must given the very hot conditions. We teed off at 7.40 am and it didn't take long for the temperature to rise. Despite not having had any rain... More

The first golf course in Thailand is situated just behind Hua Hin railway station and then drifts out into the hills far and away from it all and in with the local monkeys, who appear on a couple of the holes and may even try and steal your balls. I got my first ever birdie here (a two on a... More

One of Thailands oldest clubs, a real natural course for all grades of golfers. Not too expensive with good caddies and a nice place to sit after your game for a drink and a bite to eat.

The first golf course to be built in Thailand and by far the worst golf course in the area, poorly maintained and scruffy. Club house in extremely poor decorative condition, did not even stop for a drink. Would not recommend and will not go again

Greenfees too high for what you get. . Better pay more and and play a good golfcourse, or pay less and play the less easy to find golfcourses like , Royal Ratchaburi . The fairways are hard , environment badly maintained . Little good caddies . No ...never again

Not the best golf course ever, but very nice and worth playing. Greens are hard. This seems to be one of the easiest courses to get onto. You have to well in advance book others.

Ive played here a number of times. It's very central and easy to get to , cheap and usually easy to get a last minute tee time. Because of it's age it has no sprinkler system ans as result the fairways are very hard and unforgiving in places. Howvere you should try it out even just for the experence of... More

This course is good for a week day afternoon course when discounted. It's old and narrow in some parts but the caddies help out and are pleasant. There are monkeys on a couple of holes that are fun to watch. I guess they know better to take your ball but watch your food! It's slow playing but you can walk... More

This is a super, classic golf course. Tree lined and long for a course laid out more than 80 years ago. The elevated greens require excellent long iron play or a very good short game. It's a little scruffy and the greens are rather inconsistent but that doesn't really detract from the enjoyment of a nice layout for walking with... More

good value for money on the sports days Wednesday and Friday 800 baht if you hit a wayward shot round here you are punished plenty of trees the greens are small compared to the other newer courses in and around hua hin but still tricky caddies are first class clubhouse cheap for food and drinks all in all good value...
