The course layout is fantastic, some lovely golf holes , ideal location , next to Hua Hin railway station, It cost me £50 to play a course with greens like a building site, dry and dusty fairways, one word sums it up TERRIBLE

I had Caddy who was a great reader of the greens as without her the golf could have turned into a nightmare on the greens. Beautiful course and location. Service and food absolutely loved it. at a Decent Price.

The fairways are fairly hard which I really didn't like, but I can accept that different courses have different characteristics. The most disappointing part was the staff and the service. We organised the game plus transfers, etc and because they didn't really explain the process to us we ended up rushed when we got there and never had a chance... More

Located adjacent to the train station, this is the oldest course in Hua Hin and boasts HM the King as one of its players (many years ago). It seems to lack sufficient watering so many of the fairways are fairly hard, giving good roll but sometimes making it difficult to take a divot on approach shots. Many of the greens... More

Relatively cheap, very friendly caddies, giving us great advices on the whole course. Plenty waterholes underway, and very cheap/low priced drinks. Same goes for the reaturant on the course, where we ate and had some drinks after the tour. No need to go to more exepnsive and farther away golf courses if you are in Huan Hin.

If you feel that you want real golf challenges, please visit on this beautiful golf course! Greens are very small and elevated, fairways are tight and there is a lot of big trees which force you to plan where to hit your ball. On the first par 5 I made a par, but then it was a bit more difficult... More

We played this after Banyan (terrible greens but no discount), Sea Pines & Black Mountain. We play off 12 handicaps and appreciated the challenge of this course. Strong finishing stretch of holes. It's no Black Mountain but we thoroughly enjoyed it and it's half the price. It has immense character and some really stand out holes especially on the back... More

Quite a good course that is enjoyable to play and the caddies are very helpful. The course and clubhouse are conveniently located; an older course but a must play venue!

Visited this course a couple years ago and found it tired and dusty. This year it was greener and more receptive, but the clubhouse remains in need of some TLC. This is the oldest course in Thailand so some consideration must be made. It sits in the middle of Hua Hin next to the railway station, so it is very... More

My husband and i based ourselves in hua hin on our first visit to thailand as we wanted to play golf. We were keen to play some of the more highly rated courses but as royal hua hin is right in the centre of town and is historic we chose it as our first course to play. It was our... More
