The Black Mountain Water Park is spread over 40 000Sqm and is situated a short distance from the centre of Hua Hin, just 15 minutes from town. It opened in 2011 and is now one of the most favourite tourist attractions in the region. Tourists and local residents have been extremely complimentary about the good times spent on the many exciting attractions. The Park is full of high quality, modern equipment that is all operated in line with the highest safety standards and supervised by highly trained lifeguards. We have a 17 metre high tower with 9 different slides, a spectacular wave pool which is made the biggest wave in Thailand, the lazy river, a beach/infinity pool and children's pool, all providing the best fun filled day out a family can have.

We would have queued for more than an hour just to get into the park and from looking at the ride queues from the outside, it seemed like a similar wait would be required for each of the big rides in the park -... Went on a Wednesday and there was no queue at all which made us very happy. The slides are not as scary and suitable for all ages. The infinity pool overlooking the lake is lovely, "park" there after 4pm when it is not so hot. A relaxing day without the crowd.

But a very fun park. They are very relaxed here, you can use GoPro's etc on the slides and do... More

Located just off the Cha Am Hua Hin ring road, Black Mountain is a family friendly well maintained water park. Entrance fee is very reasonable and unlike most attractions in Thailand they do not operate a dual pricing policy. Lockers are available for rent, as are towels which is great for tourists who do not plan to steal their hotel... More

The toilets are dirty and not enough changing room. Not enough place to sit down or else you have to pay money for a families area. To consider the price you pay but don't even have a tables or chairs to sit down is outrageous!

Rather than waste your money, take a ride out to Pala-U Waterfall. It is great, and is basically a natural water park.
