its a taxi drive for 20 minutes from hua hin center, very nice park. we liked it. its amazing that the park can make money, more people working than visitors. overall, very clean en safe waterpark. we visit in december 1 week before chrismas, so i think it is high season.

Visited at Christmas 2013. Great day out with clean, well maintained and well run facilities. Will be going back shortly as part of our Songkran break!

Very quiet, been to other water parks in Malaysia and they are much busier, better laid out and seemed to have more stuff. Cafe area very good. 45 Mins by Free bus from the clock tower to the water park. Bus goes twice a day. A bit expensive, but a good day out

Been here a few times and it is something not to be missed. The service is shabby as one would expect, however the water slides are excellent. One of them is not allowed to be ridden without the compulsory crash helmet, and yes I am not joking. That particular slide causes some amazing bumps, is in the dark with flashing... More

This is the first time we visited this park. We were very disappointed. They are very few people there. The food was awful for the money we spent. We will not go back there again.

This is a good, modern water park with a good selection of slides for all ages. We spent the afternoon there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Entry was 500 Baht and food on site was cheap. You'll need to get a food card to purchase food and drink on site, any left over cash can be refunded at the end of... More

A major sticking point about travelling in Thailand is that safety is often overlooked or set as less of priority. The great thing about Black Mountain Water Park is that this is not the case - safety seems to be the number one concern here and the lifeguards will not hesitate to intervene to ensure that you're safe, whether helping... Went with a party of 4 adults and three under 5's. At first it looks a little expensive but we got there early and stayed till it closed. Food is good and not over priced. Drinks are reasonable too. Lots of stuff for the older kids to do and the young ones will love the lazy river, wave pool and... More

I found out about the BMWP by doing a search here on TA for things to do while in Hua Hin.... A 20 minute motorbike ride from Cha Am to BMWP. The park does offer free pick up/drop off from central Hua Hin at set times during the day - so check their website for correct details. 600 baht entry... More

To be fair, family activities in Hua Hin are pretty limited and can get boring. This keeps the kids amused all day. Excellent shaded areas, wave pool, toddlers pool and slides, and quality/speed of food from restaurant. However, the no food policy should be looked at for mothers with young toddlers. I saw people getting their money back and leaving when... More
