Me and my wife visited The Family Tree and it was the most interesting and best shop in Hua Hin. The products were all hand made and beautiful. We could have purchased everything in the shop ! Staff were amazing, Hua Hin own little secret paradise. Steve & Jo

Prem and the entire staff at The Family Tree made us feel like a part of their family. She walked us around the store and carefully told us each detail and story behind all of the wonderful art in the shop. This co-op provides the true sense of family inclusion that is present in Thailand. The pieces are all rich... More

We had searched the internet for traditional Thai works that we could use as wedding favors for our friends and family. Sometime when you search the internet you never know what sort of quality you will find. We were very lucky to find the Family Tree. They make amazing wooden carvings that are unique from piece to piece. The prices... More

The Family Tree Fair Trade Shop was indeed a pleasure to stop by and hear some great stories of the communities they support through the sale of Fair Trade. Especially interesting to hear about the natural silk dying. Good for the producer and good for the consumer. The Family Tree Fair Trade Shop is a must visit destination for all... More

We have been visiting Hua Hin for many years and never seen this shop until this year. What treasure we have missed out on. Such good prices for very unusual goods. Amaterial banana with a zip and when opened there is a Mother and Father Rabbit or Two beautiful Blue elephants. The hand sewing is excellent. Also a Thai silk... More

Nice fair trade shop with delightful women salespeople. Not pushy at all but very keen to share details of their lovely products. Prices and some of the stock similar to that available at Cicada markets. We bought organic sunblock, gifts for friends and a lovely top.

Quite simply one of the best shops we have ever been to! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who know lots about the myriad wonderful products, how they are made and who made them. The best thing is that all of the products are ethically sourced and money goes back to thailand and it's people. The products are high quality and... More

My daughter first discovered Family Tree on line and asked me to take a look. I did, and have been back twice. I am impressed by the wide variety of their products - silk and leather and leaves are among the natural Thai raw materials used. Staff is very knowledgeable about each of the products and can tell you where... More

I like the night market; the excitement the smells and of course the stall after stall of cheap trinkets that supposedly are made in Thailand or represent Hua Hin. You can bargain maybe find something unique but mostly the same old same old. Or, you can get something very nice, definitely made in Thailand and something that contributes to the... More
