It is a bit for tourists who don't mind to spend a bit more. The food and drinks are more expensive then any other market, but still within the low price range. You buy coupons at a boot and pay with that. At the end you'll get a refund of the coupons you didn't use. The market has a lot... More

Giant foodie place, with really nice and arty crafty stalls around the edge. Wear insecticide, worst bites, but nice experience. However, food is better at the town night market, and massively cheaper!!.

Just at the top of the road from our hotel which sells hand made goods of a very high standard. If you want a painting, bracelet, clothes, bric a brac etc this is the place to go. Wander round and then try the food. A lot of stall selling authentic Thai food that is dellicious and varied. One night we... More

We visited both the night market and Cicada. Cicada had some higher end booths with very beautiful merchandise and it was priced accordingly. The only disappointment for us was the food selection. When going to either market, we expected to make a night of it and the there was not as good a food selection or eating areas at Cicada.

We enjoyed walking around the Cicada Market. It was clean and there were many vendor and food stalls. There were also many entertainers, from singers, musicians and acrobats. It was a nice evening, walking around trying to get a deal on some nice souvenirs for the kids.

I started visiting Cicada Market 4 years ago when I was on a company tour to Hua Hin. I have seen how this market evolves. This is one of the cleanest, most colorful and diversified night markets I've been to in Thailand. Most of the handicrafts here are not your usual cheap fake products, they are quite artsy and creative.... More

If you have nothing better to do, take a visit to The Cicada market. It is a spot where you can look at some local arts and crafts, or buy some food if so inclined. I was there on a Friday night, and it was very crowded.. which didn't detract from the visit... but is just kind of representational for... More

These are markets are at the rear of the Hyatt Hotel in Hua Hin. They operate on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. If you are in Hua Hin you should not miss these. The quality of the merchandise that is for sale is quite high & is certainly far different to that like you will see at every other Thai... More
