I lived very close to this beach for two years and I have never swam at this beach. It is sad, but because of so much locals on the weekends, there is always so much trash. Also, every morning the beach would wash up so much trash, probably from the river that flows out from the capital. It's a good... More

Bang Saen Beach is overcrowded with vendors charging to sit at their tables and chairs. There are some very good restaurant carts around but the prices are higher than if you eat a block away. The beach is never cleaned so there's garbage everywhere including in the water. It's basically Thai people who come here. At night teenagers of all... More

As we visited during the Songkran holiday the beach was lined with a great mass of sunbeds and umbrellas, with barely a square foot of empty sand for the kids to play. The beach was strewn with so much litter that plastic bags blown by the wind attached themselves to your ankles. Some of us ventured to the ocean for... More

This place is meant to get away from places like Phuket & Pattaya. You won't find girlie bars and other types of soliciting here ! This is not a place where you accept the ' glorious farang ' treatment ! I have been to this place more than 50 times and do not have a single complaint. Its a getaway... More

Stopped in at Bang Saen to check the progress of a condo we are building here. This was my first visit but partner went to University here. Having goggled it before my visit I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. There has been a lot of development here recently with nice new condos and apartment going up everywhere. The... More

It is nice beach where is located near BKK. Though it was dirty and crowdy in the past but it is huge improving now. The local street food still can be found easily in Bang Saen Beach.

Nice beach mostly visited by Thai people to enjoy the sea, the beach and the sun. Many opportunities on 'the boulevard' to eat and drink. Quit different from the usual tourist orientated beaches because of the beach chair situation... go there to see what I mean!
