We liked the fact that it is a quiet island. It would be a lot nicer place without rubbish. We ate food by the beach but thought it was expensive and the place stank. Our kids did enjoyed playing at the beach.

This pretty island, 100km from Bangkok and near the Cambodian border is fast being discovered by tourists. Drawn by its clear waters, peaceful way of life and delicious seafood, it’s no wonder new resorts are springing up all the time. To fully appreciate the beauty of Ko Si Chang, it’s a good idea to hire a motorbike to explore all the nooks and crannies of this quiet island.

So much more authentic and real Thai prices! Most of the town goes to sleep at 10pm though

this small island is very easy to get to from Siracha. Transport on the island is controlled by tourist auhority so prices for tripping about are set. 250baht will get you to lots of tourist sights and to a beach and they will come back to get you after you hae had your swim and each food.
