There were many beautiful views in the park. We drove along the coastline via the highway (from屏鵝公路to佳鵝公路) and stopped by some outlooks, such as the Sail Rock, Light-house, the southern point. Kenting National Park covers the entire extreme south of Pingtung, including the town of Kenting. Except for the ugly bits (a nuclear facility, a naval base), the area is supremely beautiful. Especially recommended is the lighthouse at the southernmost point. Scooters can be rented easily in Kenting and the trip is very scenic. More

Kenting village contrary to the guidebook, is not drab, and shabby. Had the most fun here on the whole trip.
