I visited Incheon Airport and it's cultureport with some friends in August 2015 on our way to Tokyo airport. I have never been to an airport that felt so welcoming! It was great. We obviously had a connection so we had a few hours to kill, we enjoyed lantern making, and ink pressing, all put on by Korea Heritage. Loved... More

There are several ways to pass the time while waiting for a flight in this airport. This is one that gives you a chance to learn something. Check it out if you have a layover.

huge airport, well signposted as long as you know where you want. my feedback relates to the airport experience rather than any specific area. I was stopping here to change flights - on the way I had 3 hours between flights. Had to pass through specific transit security and immigration, then well signposted in english. Don't waste your time walking all the way here. There's nothing to see. It takes 60 seconds to see the exhibits.

We had 8hrs layover at ICN during our flight from jakarta to SFO and 3nights of stopover on our way back to jakarta. Compared to jakarta, Narita and SFO, this is the best one. Pros: 1. Free transit visa 2. Almost free transit tour. Only US$10 (including lunch) to Seoul (they also have tour to Incheon if you don't have... More

If you have a few hours before boarding at Incheon Airport, do drop by the Cultureport, you can make some handicraft there.

I have read that this is a great airport. AGREED. Nice shops and restaurants like other airports but Incheon lets it's culture shine. This "CulturePort" is a nice place to stop if you have the time connecting here.

The airport in general is good, they have fast Wifi and beautiful people (haha!). They just have a problem cooling the whole airport, maybe because it's the summer but I was in sweat just going to the restrooms. The Cultureport is a nice experience, your layover will be the best among all the airports you'd been when you visit this... More

Very nice feature in the airport. Our kids completed a nice craft (higher quality craft than just coloring something) and there was a music show just outside the center. In addition, a string quartet was playing nearby also in the airport terminal. Quite impressive and made our 3 hour layover much more enjoyable than it would have otherwise been.

They have a great selection of hand made and traditional Korean arts and crafts. The prices seemed reasonable to me. They accept USD, speak English and are friendly and helpful.
