Take a ferry from Seongsan, jump on a bicycle for the day and peddle round stopping at all the attractions. It's only 1.5hrs to cycle at a slow pace round the entire island so easily done via a day trip from Seongsan or even Jeju City if you got up early. We stayed on the island itself but truth be... Udo island is a small island at east of Jeju Island. It is named after cow because of its cow alike shape. Once you reached the island, you are able to find few bike rental shop. You can rent a electrical scooter with roof or normal scooter to tour around the island. Bare in mind the speed limit is 30... More

We went there by car that we brought from jeju. It's really beautiful nevertheless. 1 day is enough to tour all of it. If you want to try horseriding, there's some that offer price 5000 won per ride, while others 10k won. There's many place that offer horseriding, so if you want to save your budget without sacrifing the experience,... More

We decided to take the ferry to Udo at the last minute. We could have taken the rented car but decided not to. That was a right decision in my view. We took the hop on hop off bus and visited most of the tourist attraction. Be mindful of the bus schedule. Most people don't understand or speak English so... More

for one day trip, from the city, it's easy to take a bus to the pier, you can ask your hotel or guest house about timetables for buses. Get there early and when you arrive you will find a lot of people renting bikes and motorcycle and tuk-tuk and ATV. However, they ask for international licenses but you can show... More

Circumnavigated this little island on a bike in an afternoon, and it was a lovely excursion. The older culture is still somewhat alive (weeding through the tourist stops), but even the bitsy coffee shops are endearing. Bicycle is the way to see this place, for sure!

You can imagine: blue sky, strong wind and black shore. Lots of shops and restaurants around the small island. Locals can hire a small motorcar but for foreigners without local driving licence, bicycles seem to be the only choice. It takes about 3 hours to finish the round-island cycling with adequate sightseeing.

We took a cab from Ramada Plaza for 30,000 wan. It took about half an hour. The bus home 710 was great and took an hour. 3000 wan. The island was good fun. We cycled the island stopping along the way to see things. The elder diving women were really cool. Sad to see the garbage around from the sea... More

You can easily spend a half or full day sightseeing around the island. They have tour buses which will take you around to the major sights but I'd recommend renting a bike. There are heaps of places to rent bikes from after you get off the ferry. You'll need an international license to rent a scooter or ATV. But there... More
