A unique area to visit, especially during Larkfest. A great place to spend an afternoon and wonderful shopping for so many items.

Reminded me of Soho in - lots of little shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Nice vibe and very pretty architecture.

Great street for a huge range of dining options from small wine bars to white table cloth dining. Loved Rain and the Wine Bar for dinner.

There are many bars right on lark. Parking is a bit difficult, but easy enough towards Washington Park. Safe as well.

Lark street reminds me of Greenwich Village in NY. It is our own little slice of the Village here in Albany. Great eateries and also shops - locally owned!

We walked the street and found a lot of interesting shops and great food places - too many to try on one visit. It is centrally located, near the Capital and a fun place to walk.

Not sure why it's such a big attraction. I think it tries to emulate a New York City neighborhood but falls short. Drunks all over the place. Don't bother with Larkfest unless you like to feel like a sardine while baking in the hot sun without anywhere to go for relief. There isn't anywhere to park even on a normal... More
