I love this park to take my son on walks. It is always clean and well maintained in my opinion considering it is heavily trafficked by foot and car. It's always a go to if we need to go get some energy out!

Go to the Park during the Tulip Festival held on Mother's Day Weekend. The tulips are fantastic. If you do not like crowds, go that following Monday, the tulips are still beautiful and there is plenty of free parking in the park. Do not forget a camera.

Nice park to relax and enjoy it's beauty. Do not miss the Tulip Festival every year Mother's Day weekend and The Capital Lights every year Thanksgiving to New Year.

Grounds are lovely and there's lots of room for children and puppy dogs to play and have fun. Great for a picnic, a break in the workday or a weekend stroll. Parking gets a bit crazy during special events like the Tulip Festival, but it's one of the things we love most about this city.

There is a fantastic kids playground, plenty of walking space and check out the Albany NY website for concert listings.

This is a lovely large park near downtown Albany. It provides a great place to get out to enjoy the fresh air. There are also plenty of things to distract while on a stroll with sculptures and nice foliage to view. If you are looking for some exercise and/or outdoor time, this is a great option.

Designed by the firm that created New York City's Central Park, Washington Park is wonderfully set up. And if you come in May you can take in the tulip festival and hundreds of bands!

Whether taking a ride through the Lights at Christmas or walking past the Tulips in Spring, Washington Park is well maintained and inviting. The lawns well manicured and the flowers blooming. Great for families and pets.

This park is always the center of attention for theatre, festivals and relaxation. In particular try to never miss the tulip festival in the Spring. Much to see and do we travel to enjoy it each May.
