The tulips are just so beautiful and varied when the weather is just right. You can walk around at your leisure and you find many people with their cameras preserving the memories.

This park is a gem. A Fredrick Law Olmstead designed park, it gives the feel o Central Park on a smaller scale. Lovely to walk through. Especially beautiful at tulip time in May.

The black old man who is mostly balded hardly opens the main door through which public can enter the building. I notice when there is other guy working, he keeps opened the main door so that public can easily enter the building and use the restroom. I feel really inconvenient to ask him all the time if I can pass... More

I lived right across from the park and took full advantage of this great park. It is great for jogging, walking, or just strolling and having a casual picnic. Always tons of events throughout the year, from the various Runs, Festivals, Concerts, Plays, to the Christmas Lights in December. People come from all over the area to enjoy all Albany's... More

Only stopped of in Albany for one night stay. Park was right outside our accommodation (Morgan State House). I was suffering with jet lag, and an hour in the park, with the squirrels and birds was a wonderful 5am experience. Must be equally nice during the day.

Love all the events that the park puts on. Always look forward to Tulip Festival, Christmas lights in the Park, and the Summer Plays. Lake house is very historical and attractive. Wouldn't want to walk there at night. Hard to find parking during events.

A lovely park to walk around on a beautiful day. Flowers, the pond, the architecture are all worth the visit. Nice play area for children, great for biking and the events are always fun.

I come here every year for the Breast Cancer Walk in October. This park is so beautiful, very green, and very well maintained. Since Im from NYC, its honestly the closest I feel to Central Park. I love it- I love to just read there, lay out, think. Its huge and very scenic. Love this park!!!

Washington Park in Albany is over 80 acres, which is so surprising for a city of Albany's size. The park has numerous walking paths, both just gravel and paved, which lead to flower beds and statues. The Moses statue is particularly appealing. Dogs are allowed in the park on leashes. A nice outing on a sunny day.

Came for a photo shoot. Expected more. It was calm and peaceful but I expected more of a garden. Great for family viewing and fun.
