AHL Hockey...dont mind if I do.

I have been here for hockey and concerts. Its a good arena. There is no obstructed views so its a great spot to catch a game and the caustic's are decent.

Venue is dirty and staff is unhelpful, but have seen some decent shows/games here! If only they kept the place clean and hired and trained customer service minded staff.

This was my first time at this venue and I was there to see the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. It was cold and windy outside and the doors weren't open when we got there. Elevators weren't working. When we got inside the building and found where our seats were--we then found out the only restroom was at the other end... More

Ample conference space, and easy access to the other buildings through the tunnel. Once you are through security you may visit the LOB and Capitol without going through again.

Conveniently located in downtown Albany but parking and street traffic are difficult on show days. The venue itself is great for concerts and there are very few "bad seats", but getting inside from the street can be tricky and parking is always a hassle. There also needs to be better placement and signage for food/beverage outlets.

As a season ticket holder to events at the TUC I find the seating is uncomfortable and cramped. The lay out is awkward, you have to climb up stairs to get into the arena, go downstairs to get to your seat, climb up stairs from your seat to go downstairs to get to the bathroom. On your way past the... More

Went to the Times Union Center for the UCONN vs TEXAS sweet sixteen game and was disappointed in the service I received. During half-time I went down to go get some food and beverages and was ripped off by 10 dollars from the cashier! Went back and told the manager and got my money back... very upsetting.

We went to a basketball game there recently and found it easy to get to, plenty of parking in the area, good food vendors and was surprised there was little or no security to get into the building. I'm used to a pat down, look through pocketbooks, etc. but there was not of that.

Attended a basketball tournament. The seats were normal size which for me usually means uncomfortable. The concessions were typical event center food. They post the calories as well as item at some of the concessions. Unfortunately, their good efforts in this resulted in information which was incorrect. The bathroom situation is horrendous. There are some bathrooms for disabled folks on... More

The sound in the venue was great and our seats in section 106 were excellent. There was a nice selection of food, beers and cocktails to choose from also. This is the first place I've been to that the bathroom lines weren't a mile long! That's a plus!
