I have been to the TU Center many times to see a variety of shows, from Cirque to Pearl Jam. The arena has easily accessible bathrooms and food. There is nothing special about it, but it works well.

The arena was great 4 the basketball games. The seats were very comfortable (floor seats). I sat @ half court & could see the entire court clearly. The price ($20) of the seats 2 B so close were incredible. I had no issues w/ parking or the price of parking ($5). I read some of the other reviews & thought... More

While passing through the Albany area, we happened to notice that there was a hockey game that night, and being fanatical hockey lovers, we went to the game. Fortunately, the arena was simple to get to for us out-of-towners. There seems to be ample parking in the area, and we opted for the lot attached to the arena, which was... More

we have gone to several concerts and other events over the year there is not a bad seat in the arena . the only bad thing is that you can not bring food into the arena so if you have a family it can get expensive

Went here for a Sienna basketball game, can't imagine I'll return. I have never been to an arena (and I've been to many) that doesn't have bathrooms on the concourse level. You have to go down a huge flight of stairs and down a hallway to find a bathroom. No way you can go to the bathroom during a time-out... More

This venue is like most civic centers in downtown areas, whereas the hardest thing about them is trying to find parking close to the venue, although at this arena, their is parking close by. It is larger than many of the arenas we have been to, and a nice place to watch a show. We would come back here to... More

Thought we had good seats (Balcony 1, Row A section 104 seats 6 & 7) but neglected to find out about barriers used to rearrange seating. Call the venue to ask. You really don't want to be sitting with a concrete ledge where your feet are supposed to be. There was no notation about this on the Ticket Master site... More

Saw TSO at the Times Union Center in Albany - EXCELLENT Show!!! I won tickets from Uncle Vito on PYX 106 - have wanted to go to this show for years - our seats were good - in the upper deck!! I am not a fan of heights - so next time I will buy tickets down stairs! The music... More

Always have a great time at hockey games, concerts, motocross, and all other events held here. always organized and never too bad price wise for a concert/sport center.
