Conveniently located in downtown Albany but parking and street traffic are difficult on show days. The venue itself is great for concerts and there are very few "bad seats", but getting inside from the street can be tricky and parking is always a hassle. There also needs to be better placement and signage for food/beverage outlets.

As a season ticket holder to events at the TUC I find the seating is uncomfortable and cramped. The lay out is awkward, you have to climb up stairs to get into the arena, go downstairs to get to your seat, climb up stairs from your seat to go downstairs to get to the bathroom. On your way past the... More

Went to the Times Union Center for the UCONN vs TEXAS sweet sixteen game and was disappointed in the service I received. During half-time I went down to go get some food and beverages and was ripped off by 10 dollars from the cashier! Went back and told the manager and got my money back... very upsetting.

We went to a basketball game there recently and found it easy to get to, plenty of parking in the area, good food vendors and was surprised there was little or no security to get into the building. I'm used to a pat down, look through pocketbooks, etc. but there was not of that.

Attended a basketball tournament. The seats were normal size which for me usually means uncomfortable. The concessions were typical event center food. They post the calories as well as item at some of the concessions. Unfortunately, their good efforts in this resulted in information which was incorrect. The bathroom situation is horrendous. There are some bathrooms for disabled folks on... More

The sound in the venue was great and our seats in section 106 were excellent. There was a nice selection of food, beers and cocktails to choose from also. This is the first place I've been to that the bathroom lines weren't a mile long! That's a plus!

Staff was most wonderful and helpful here! Seating was very comfortable in the club level towards watching the MAAC Basketball Tournament in March. Please note that the restrooms here are located downstairs, and are not on the level of the arena.

The sound was so distorted, it was the the worse I have ever heard from a large arena, won't be going back there for anything to do with music!!!

We've been going here for years. It is perfect. The big groups and names stop here and you can see them from every seat! The acoustics have improved over the years with groups better adapting to the smaller sized building. Ticket takers and security are improved.a Lots of parking. Fast exit if you know where. Check the Empire State plaza... More

Arena is very difficult to get around. The bathrooms are downstairs and you really need to pay attention because everything looks the same.
