Private, calm, beautifull and close to beautifull points to dive. We took some spectacular photos with almost no one trying to sell you something.

On the face of it, Anse Volbert has everything you look for: it is spacious, there are deck chairs, there is shade, swimming is good, restaurants are close, etc. Yet there is something here missing and as strange as it may sound it is nothing less than the typical large boulders. There is simply some sort of intimacy that is... More

I have been told that beaches vary greatly in the Seychelles depending on what time of year it is. We visited in April and had a lovely time on this beach. The sand if fine and soft, the water was calm and clear. Cafe's near the beach were much cheaper than at some of the more famous beaches and we... More

It is an average beach compared to other Praslin beaches. The sand is soft. It is a very long beach thus you can enjoy a long walk. There are few restaurants near it which serve decent food.

Sea and currents vary sensibly in the Seychelles from month to month. For January, I would not waste my time there! It's beautiful, but not good for swimming at all! If you just look for lying under the sun and some relax, it is ok, but if one looks for more, there are other better beaches on Praslin.

Fron this beach you can go by boat to small island around and explore. There is lots of restaurante and souvenir shops around this place. You shoul visit while... More

Is good for swimming and playing at the beach. Sometimes some seagrass. Not so good for snorkeling (sandy)

The beach here is great for children. The sandy bottom stretches out for a hundred meters and does not get very deep. The water is clear unless it has recently rained. Don't try and lay on the beach as the sand flies are bothersome. A lounge chair at the Paradise Sun Hotel is a much better place to lay.

The water was the calmest of all the beaches we visited during our stay on Mahe, La Digue and Praslin. It is ideal for children as the water is gently shelving.
