This is definitely one of the prettiest beaches in Praslin and the surrounding islands. It was nice that our hotel was right on the beach - so we could get up and have a nice morning staring at the blue sea and the three islands across. A beautiful beautiful beach! Must visit!

Ok, the beach is nice BUT the town has no charm, history or character. The beach is like thousand other. It's clean and the water color is emerald green. Ok, I get it. But it's a 10+ hour flight from Europe and a 20+ hour flight from the U.S. with a big price tag. Volbert is not pretty or unique,... More

a bit crowded and lots of seaweeds, not much scenery. Better beach available if you drive / travel further from this spot.

A fairly large beach for the Seychelles, Anse Volbert is beautiful for long walks, but no less pretty! Water is slightly more murky, but still beautiful to swim in. We got to experience the view of the beach and St Pierre from our hotel every morning!

The beach was quiet, private and beautiful. The sea is calm and warm. It was lovely to spend a relaxing day on.

Is a very nice long long long sand beach, though the water is not so amazing like the ones of Anze Lazio. Nevertheless is a very quite spot, perfect to enjoy with the family.

The water was so warm and shallow that we were able to kayak right out St Pierre Island on a calm day. Sea temp around 29C.

Long beach perfect to run. Quiet and only few people on the beach. I found this beach much more beautiful than Anse Lasio. There is restaurants. You can go by bus. I like it.

I had a wonderful two week trip on Seychelles until I came to this beach and one of those tour operators "salesmen" came to talk to me. I was interested to get to Aride and Curieuse islands. He asked me to pay a deposit to reserve a trip for the next morning and I did. Next morning the sea at... More
