In June, I led a tour group and I took them to the Nazareth Village. It is a great opportunity for the tour members to get pictures that can be used in the Bible classes upon returning home. The employees at Nazareth Village are always kind, patient and willing to answer any question or pose for photographs.

Its a beautifully arranged mix of archeological founds, interesting informations by a guide, actors all around and craftsmanship. The tour takes a surprising wonderful end, which I remind well, because we all got a gift after it. Totally a MUST SEE!!!!

While touring Israel our group went to many excavated sites which were very interesting but often lacked the feeling of actually being there in their historical period. Nazareth Village was a nice contrast as it attempts to put visitors in the time period when Christ lived. Volunteer re-enactors dressed in period costumes lend credence to the atmosphere. It is simple... More

We visited as part of a group who all agreed this was a worthwhile attraction which gave context to village life at the time of Jesus. Our guide was helpful with an easy manner and willing to answer many questions that were put to him. There was no sense of rush and the chance to see husbandry, agriculture, carpentry and... More

The two churches in this town will move anybody, regardless of their religious beliefs. The architecture is stunning and give the whole place an atmosphere to remember.

It is a replica of a Nazarene town. While clearly touristy, it works quite well and gives you a very good insight into the life style 2000 years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed the Nazareth Village experience. It takes you back in time -using real remains that they have found, excavated and use. The tour guide was really great -knew her stuff and was engaging with the group. If you have traveled to Nazareth and are curious to see what it looked like in "Jesus' Time" then this is the... More

In the middle of the city, a sense of what Nazareth was like 2000 years ago. A good "living museum."

Lots of history in this vilage. Althoug is nor easy to find all the historic places. the village is not corretly thought to turism from my point of view. Only with a local guide you could visit the most places because without it you cant find them.

I loved this Nazareth Village. The whole village was beautiful, it helped me see what it would have been like to live at the time of Christ. But more important than the rebuilt city was the information and in site that our tour guide provided. I think often of the things I learned from him. This is a " must... More
