This place is organized and try to give you an understanding as to how a Nazarine village looked like, they have sheppards, an Tomb, vine press (foot) , carpentry shop, a loom , a Synagouge and olive press. at each place you will get a demonstration on how things happen/happned. the best thing about this place is the lunch... try... Built in one of the last undeveloped sites in Nazareth this attraction does a good job of explaining how New Testament parables related to actual life in 1st Century times. After seeing the juxtaposition of so many historic rock piles and modern Israel it made a nice change of pace. While most of it is a rather compact reconstruction parts... More

It is just simply too touristy. If you did a bit of research on the internet you could easily get an idea of what you see here. I feel like the people working there are kind of tourist attractions, they are getting paid handsomely for it though. It feels like exactly you would have imagined it. In some places in... More

This is my second time to Nazzareth village and it never gets old. It's time I brought my wife so that she could see how things look in the 1st century in Jesus day. The guides are very knowledgeable of the Bible and quoted much scripture during the tour. This is a must see event when in Israel.

This is one of the best places we have visited in Israel on this trip. The guide was excellent as well although he was only 24 years of age. This place is far more authentic than visiting some of the churches in Nazareth or elsewhere.

Part of our Israel Jordan tour, we would have liked more time here, you really need to 'stop and breathe' and imagine Jesus growing up here, seeing the sheep and lambs, the winnowing of the crops, the wood carvers, and caves, it really gives you an idea of what life was like. The talk on the processing of the olive... More

I have been here many times and always enjoy it especially when they have newborn animals like the baby donkey or goats. There is a rooster who hangs with the sheep and bosses them around its very funny to watch. The shepherd is always friendly and you get a good insight to life in the time of Jesus.

iv'e been in there a month ago, as a Jewish i were exciting to see how my ancestors was looking and acting like in the Second Temple period and the place itself is actually biblical with all the stuff and the works. i advice to all Jews of the world to visit that place if they look for their history.

This site is a wonderful educational experience that shows what Nazareth looked like in the time of Jesus. 3D objects & models dressed like 1st century Jews makes this a memorable experience. However, though this site is run by Arab people (who traditionally are known for their warmth & hospitality), this site is impersonal - I have been here 15... More

Went with a group. Our guide was outstanding, but can't remember his name - it started with an "M". It was a snapshot of how life was in Jesus' day. Saw how people lived and worked - little vignettes with local people from shepherds to weavers. The other sights in and around Jerusalem are crowded and ornate. This little location... More
