I was really surprised with the entrance fee of IDR 150.000,- per person. It is too expensive for a waterpark...especially with its current condition. The facilities are worn out and the water condition is very dirty. What made me really upset was the water playground ! It is not safe for kids...wooden bridges are steep and slippery, hand rail is... More

Mini version of waterboom. No food and drink from outside but the food price inside was reasonable, for example french fries for IDR 11.000, instant noodle for IDR 10.000, etc. Very crowded on peak season (mid year holiday or Idul Fitri holiday or Christmas-New Year holiday). Cheaper tickets sold at some travel agent or in "a mini van agent" around... More

Not well maintained. Facilities are worn out everywhere. Doesn't reflect the reputation of the founder.

Water was not clean, could see dirt inside water. Shower was very hard to press so my family did not have a clean shower after swimming which resulted in skin disease after that. Food was not good since I doubt hygiene of their kitchen food stall.

When you have nothing to do in Surabaya you can go here although the maintenance has dropped. The water isnt even clear anymore it has a little bit of green-yellowish color. The rides are fun, given that there is only 3 worth to count. 3 hours is enough time there for playing throughout the park as it is fairly small.... More

We took our 2 daughters here and wished we hadn't. The place is dirty, tired, run down, needs total refurbishment. The water in most of the pools is not clean, it is a milky white colour. There is rotting woodwork on some of the slides, they just don't look safe. Green mould runs down the walls, leaking pipes create unintentional... More

Located in West Surabaya (a bit far from the centre of town, as it is located inside upscale housing estate in Surabaya), Ciputra water Park is definitely the best waterpark in Surabaya. The waterpark has everything for the whole family to enjoy... Children Pool, complete with slides and water feature, Current Pool, Playing Pool with various slides, Wave Pool, as... More
