Beautiful garden and lotus ponds. Plants and trees from Phillippines, Africa, South America, United Kingdom and many more. Gardens of various theme like cactus, pandan, ginger .... Tall trees with huge buttress roots hundreds of years old. If u intend to walk around, it will probably take a whole day! The Presidential Palace can be viewed from the garden but... More

Went here with my family, easy to find. We use commuter line train from Depok and continue using angkot/public car (03) outside the train station, only took arround 10 minute ride. We didnt explore everything inside it, just walk our way on route to the garden cafe inside KRB. I notice a tour bus inside KRB where the guide provide... More

Spend half day on my visit with kides. I was unlucky to visit it on hot day but kides enjoy the place as it has place for games and rides on reasonble price. Limited choice of resturants are avalaible in the park. You can bring your own food for picnic if you dont have tight schadule like mine.

I have given this a Very Good rating only because it's simply a nice trip out of Jakarta to get away from the busy hot city. As a Botanical Garden it probably rates as Average. Don't take a car or taxi from Jakarta. It's easy to get a local Commuter train from Jakarta and only costs IDR5000 each way. We... More

A must place to visit when you're going to bogor. A good place to learn biology, picnic with friends & family also a lot of spot to take photos. Available bus tours, but for me i prefer walking around.

the Botanical Gardens is definitely worth a visit while you are in Bogor. You can enter in one, main, entrance but it's possible to exit in some other places. The entry fee is very reasonable. There are many very interesting trees and nice flower beds. A museum worth a visit too. I was a bit disappointed when i could not... More
