I must say that i would kind of disagree with some of the negative reviews on this lake. I found it lovely and refreshing and i definitely feel there was a wow factor on sighting this lake. As a foreigner, the novelty of the lake was it is placid and set among lovely trees. There is a smallish isthmus of trees... More

In the middle of this lake, you can find a small land that named Love Stone. Because of if we see this land from top perspective, we can see the land shaped like a Love. Cool place, I recommend to bring jackets if you have low resist to cold temperature. Really nice place to get a freedom of silence, we... More

When you go to kawah putih. Better you go to this lake first, since the lake is more high then the kawah putih. The air is fresh and you can take a ride with boat with fees idr 30k /pax or idr 350k for 1boat. 1 boat can take 15 people. Young kids also pay the ride. No more you... More

This place is located near Kawah Putih, so you can visit this place after exploring Kawah Putih. It would be a great idea to include both of these attactions in your itenerary as both of these attraction are located on the south of Bandung. The lake has a beautiful sorroundings as it is surrounded with pine trees and tea plantation.... More

I find the entrance fee rp135k for foreigner is expensive, and there's nothing much to see there. The scenery is ordinary, there are many stalls selling local delicacies and souvenir. I won't recommend this place to others.

Situ Patengan is located in Ciwideuy area. It is a natural lake, families love to picnic there. If you come in weekends or public holidays, it will be very challenging to get a parking spot for your car and even more challenging to get spot for your family to sit and relaxed. There are people renting plastic sheets you can... More

this is less travelled lake with a very beautiful view and clean environment. walk around the area to enjoy the climate and surroundings. there's a sate stall that serves nice sate for IDR 10,000 per 5 sticks. there are some ladies selling strawberries which is said to be cheaper than the strawberry

It a nice large lake with boats for hire, many tourist stalls and is clearly very popular with Indonesians, foeignrs may find it less interesting.
