The place could be a pretty fun place for children who love dinosaurs and animals, since there are a variety of exhibits there, including the T-rex. The museum also contains exhibits of space, geological landscapes etc. The only minus point is the lack of other language descriptors for foreigners for many of the exhibits, thus I can't make head or... It was misleading (and perhaps intellectually dishonest) that the dino-fossil cast mounts were not labelled as such; I've spoken to local friends who claimed that the displays were all real bones. Some of the captions were unnecessarily simplistic, for example stating that the T-Rex was the apex/mightiest of all predators. Quibbles aside, Bandung's geology musuem was a pleasant way to... Really like the dinosaur and the stone section but my daughter don't like the paleontology section. Will come back here again someday.

A nice attraction. The entry fee is 10,000rp/pax for foreigners. There are explanations in English but limited. One should finish the visit within 1 hour if you do not understand the native language.

It reminds me of Sitech in Perth extremely educational for students but in my age group of 60 plus we need no further education

The first i thought this was common and usual museum. But, when i'm coming, this one of best museum in Indonesia i have ever visited. The materials are complete, modern and using digital. Many knowledges and learnings i get from this museum. Location is easy to be reached, near Gedung Sate.

Really nice introduction to geology in general. Notable display : history of bandung area in terms of geology. The location is close to Jl Cisangkuy (for culinary experience) & Banding Postal Museum.

If you want to see Mammoth & T-Rex Bones Fossils you can come here, besides them there are a lot of collection of another ancient fossils too. You can try the earthquake simulator in the second floor and the explanation about tsunami. Very Good Museum. The tickets is so cheap. Good for kids and adults.
