Was really surprised that we had something like in Indo. And its very well taken care of. Loved the second floor with the earthquake and tsunami info.

you can get so much information on this place especially when you travel with kids. you can find big elephant replica and information about geology and indonesia

Visitors to museums in Asia should always have realistic expectations and that's true with this museum plus it tends to only interest those who have an interest in geology or rather the geology of Indonesia. There are not so much informations in English. They should consider this since there are quite a number of foreign visitors in the museum. this is the place if you want to see a dinosaur skeleton in Indonesia. many children from schools came to this place, yes, educational place.

The museum is rather wore out but it may be fine for young local visitors. When the museum was crowded and in the weekend it is a challenge to find parking lot and enjoy the visit.

I don't think that it is the great museum. The museum is so dark and scarying. If you want to take pictures, you really need flash light. No guide offered museum tour. Some rooms were locked.
