my friend's bag was opened after the spa, and she discover that she lost money. We try to discuss with receptionist, but he said that is impossible for lost money! He even tell us to leave without paying our spa payment, it's not reasonable! He is not willing to discuss with us and don't even check with the staff! We... More

I chose the 1 hour and 45 minute package for scrub and massage with bath. My experience was ruined by an inexperienced masseuse who knew nothing about massage. It was too gentle and when asked to do certain spots or apply more force, she acted as if she understood, but did not. I am a big American guy, so the... More

For about $12 ( 150,000 Rupiah) you can get an amazing 90-minute massage. There are male and female trained therapists here. Reservations are advised as its very popular and next to a Yoga center. My favorite masseur was a tiny young man called "Ache- E" hands like steel if you like deep tissue. Be sure to ask for a room... More

As I had time before my flight, I did a 4 - 5 hour package, which consisted of massage, scrub, bath, facial, manicure and pedicure, as well as a hair cream bath. Paid 55USD for that. The massage is good, with good strength. I think it really depends on the person you get. The room is relatively clean, with a... More

Went for a facial. The room was next to the staff room so had to listen to loud voices throughout. The bed was hard and against the wall. The lady was distracted and kept only wiping the right side of my face. She kept coughing over me. Then during the mask relaxation they brought a stranger in to the other... More

Although it's hard to find (down the same tiny alley that leads to Yoga Barn) it's worth finding it. The decor is little odd (bright yellow and blue paint and a 2010 A Space Odyssey type corridor - over cobbled stepping stones in a moat) The staff are really good and there is heaps to choose on the menu. I... More

I visited Zen three times during a six night stay in Ubud for a manicure, body scrub and bath treatment, a hair treatment and shoulder massage. Really well priced and just a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and courteous. The place was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. They've got beautiful and friendly little cats too! It would not... More

A very reasonable price spa in Ubud. The location isn't too easy to find. You have to go into a small alley (for a car), before Siam Sally restaurant. Better to walk or use motorcycle. The design of the place is very unique, using the minion colour :D. I order for 1 hour traditional massage, and I fell 1 hour... More

Excellent massage with very budget price. I went to this spa twice. really very much enjoyed it. Especially they offer the individual room and you can shower before and after massage. After massage, they offered a cup of tea and some fruits. Just so nice. I would like to recommend it all my family/friends who will travel to Ubud. I... More
