Zen Spa is near the coco mart on the way to sanu. Very quiet place and cheap price for backpackers. But not too strong message for me. We had a good time there and the staff smile beautifuly. Maybe next time would like to go again.
This spa is conveniently located just next to the yoga barn in Ubud. I tried the Balinese massage, full body scrub, facial and pedicure. I can say that the service was excellent and the prices reasonable. I would definitely go back.
Great atmosphere, amazing massages, gentle staff... and soft prices ! the best Quality/Cost in Ubud Anyway, savouring a post-massage cup of ginger tea with 2 fresh fruit sticks in a total moment of relaxation is priceless !
We revisited this spa after some years and were horrified to find it so dirty - right from the welcome towels to the massage room. The masseuses were also seemed to be inexperienced and the techniques, quite hap-hazzard. I supposed it is always full because it is cheap. Will not return.
Zen Bali Spa at Ubud offers a very good Mandi Lulur, where come with hot shower, massage, body scrub, then flower bath with fruit and tea, only IDR 150,000. the creame hair bath cost IDR 100,000, but not so good and much more expensive than legian area that cost only IDR 50,000
The prices for massages are reasonable (100000Rph for the hour, 150000Rph for 1.5 hours). The spa is unique looking inside (see pictures). Although it can be a bit noisy (sound of water, music, construction outside and people talking), I still found it relaxing. Professional staff. I have had the Balinese massage and the Hibiscus hair washing / scalp massage. After...

Nice spa but average after having been to Nu Spa. For the price difference, I'll go back to Nu and skip Zen Bali.
This place is perfect if you're on budget or just want to try traditional Balinese spa. For the price of a regular manicure in North America, I had body massage, floral bath, shower, and relaxation facial! Quality not so much, but I didn't expect much considering the price I was paying. I thought the open window bathroom facing the garden...
