This is a fantastic experience for the whole family (our child is 10) that takes you on a guided bike ride down the side of a volcano through beautiful jungle, rice fields and quaint winding village streets. The ride is mostly downhill and took us three hours. Helmets and water are supplied and the bikes are all very well maintained.... More

Everyone pretty much had a blast on this half-day adventure. It starts with a hike down to the river. There are at least 500 uneven steps so gear yourself up to get hot and sweaty before reaching the boats. Once you are at the river, you get in your boats and learn four basic rowing techniques and commands and off... More

Went white water rafting with Sobek a couple years ago and I'm still telling all my friends about it. What an awesome experience, so exhilarating, great value for money and we felt in safe hands. We were all novice white water rafters at the start, but soon went 'with the flow' and throughout enjoyed it.

First, i thought that do the rafting in Bali was not fun. But after i experienced rafting with Bali Sobek, i would like to say "you'll regret for not coming here". Located in Ubud, Bali, Bali Sobek Rafting is one of the rafting places in Ubud. It's a good place to visit for people who love adventure. Three Words: Fun,... More

I am so scare of water rafting before joining this activity.. After this activity, I change my mind. It's pretty safe and relax along the river. We walk down from the hill around 20 mins before reaching the starting point. There are safety guidelines before we start the journey. The water rafting spent around 1 hour 15 mins. Pretty good... I thought all of the rafting from every Rafting Company is the same, but NO. Sobek got the furthest starting points where the other company starts from the middle, which means we are spending more time on the river and more fun! The guide is awesome and super funny! Thank you Pak Putu! I will definitely recommend Bali Sobek to... More

We would highly recommend Sobek as a well run, well organised and reasonably priced company for white water rafting on the Ayung. Despite not booking the trip until the evening beforehand Sobek arranged a morning pick up from our Ubud accommodation, and drop off after the event. We hadn't long to wait at the clean and well organised rafting admin... More

This is great fun and it seems to go all too quick the 11km's winding down the Ayung River. The morning is the best time to go as it can get quite hot and sticky up there in the afternoon. I took my 10 year old son and he absolutely loved it and wanted bigger Rapids next time. We had... More

We were stuck on a rainy day in our resort and were looking for a little excitement and so we decided to go rafting! We didnt initially plan to go with Sobek as there were multiple cheaper options avaialble, however none were willing to take us at last minute.... except Sobek! We paid a premium but were awarded with a... More

Caught in ubud bed with bali hotel belly and teenagers to safely occupy i sent them off with sobek. A decision not taken lightly having never been out of sight overseas before, i was lulled into security by advice that sobek was started by Aussies and that they had an unblemished safety record. The kids had a ball, came back... More
