We found the massages priced slightly high, but the price was justified by the attentive service and quality massage. We did not feel awkward at all as they covered as much of our bodies as possible with towels. The sounds of nature were very soothing and almost lulled us to sleep. After the massage, we felt extremely relaxed, tensions all... More

This was such a wonderful day, we did the couples massage, and were pampered totally. The spa itself is beautiful, and a pleasure to walk into, but after our massage, offering us tea and cookies, and putting us in a romantic bubble bath was just the icing on the cake. I loved this place

Big private spa villa where downstair is small garden, outdoor bathroom and exchange room where all product there is from l'occitane and upstair is 2 beds treatment room. Balinese massage there is the best.. I fell sleep after few minutes and woke up so revitally.

The quality of spas on this island can be uneven, but now that I’ve experienced both L’Occitane’s Mango Tree Spa (Ubud, mid 2011) and Bamboo Spa (Jimbaran, September 2012), I can say that it knows a thing or two about quality maintenance. The therapists are never less than experienced, the treatments inspired, the products world-class (yes, they really do slather... More

We were at one of two tree spa rooms on the top of the mango tree with a majestic view. , sound scape of birds and flowing water. The staffs were well-trained and very good in a sequence of massage. Our massage packages are based on Swedish effleurages, combined with Chinese's acupressure points and long kneading Balinese movements with our... More

We went to this spa when we were on honeymoon in Bali. It was one of the best spa experiences that I have enjoyed. We booked the Wings of Love treatment and it was enjoyable. Part of it was spent in Hamam steam room which was really interesting. The whole experience was lovely, luxurious but pricey. The therapist were well-... More

I like Occitane products and I use them daily. But this spa does not stand for what Occitane is about. First the painting in the spa rooms is a bit worn down. Second, the smell on the cushion where you put your head was very smelly and I had to ask to change it. So not a great start. The... More

I signed up for this massage because of its location in the hotel I stayed at and the L'Occitane products it used. Overall, the experience was very good. The ladies who treated us really do have a routine. When something interrupted their treatment of me, my masseuse repeated exactly what she had been doing. I have been to places where... More

This is not my first trip to Bali and I've been visiting so many wonderful spas over the years. But this one has something different. 1st, it seems that each room has its own atmosphere. I tried only 2 of them but both experiences were good. I would highly recommend the mango tree house, the view is just unique and... More
