We decided to try the spa based on good feedback. The email response was fast and arrangement for hotel pick up was efficient. The indoor and outdoor massage rooms are clean and neat. The small lockers under the bed was too small for my lap top bag. However after trying outdoor we realised seeing lizards in the bathroom was not... More

I was referred here after my very tiring hiking at Gunung Agung, the treatment is excellent, but in my opinion, the service is far more excellent! It's good to see such a service like this nowadays.

They offer a huge range or therapy's from single to couple massages. Duration from 30 minutes to half a day. Prices are economical. $ 70 for a 2.5 hour couple massage with bath, tea and cookies. Inside the Spa, they have isolated cottages made of bamboo for privacy. It's an experience worth having.

My friend and I made a last minute booking for a 1.5H Balinese massage online and I received a very prompt reply from the office! Payment is in Indonesian Rupiah / credit card (not in foreign currencies) We went in the evening so the outdoor pavilions were pretty well ventilated and cool I went back again for Thai massage and... While in Bali we've been to a number different spa, in my opinion this is just average nothing special. The front and reception area is not that appealing but outside garden and massage huts are very nice but not air conditioned only fan. On a day with a nice breeze like yesterday it was great but I think on a... More

Made reservations online. Full range of spa services provided. Females masseurs only. All massage areas in little pavilions in the open; it was a particularly hot day and I was sweating throughout despite the fan - that's why I didn't give five stars. Transport two-way was provided by the spa! (Very good!)

I emailed the morning I was hoping to stop in and Alit was very quick in responding and arranging the free pick up from my accommodation. The driver and the staff were very friendly. The lady doing my treatments (Balinese massage and reflexology) didn't speak much English but she was making conversation when washing my feet and was always smiling.... More

We booked the spa treatment via phone during our stay in Bali but the staff still offered the cheaper price of the treatment which needed to be book through internet. It was my first time to have spa in such semi private area, the hut surrounded my cloth only. However, this setting made me relax. I heard the birds were... More

I emailed Bali Green Spa pretty short notice for a long string of treatments I wanted. They got back to me straight away and told me they only had 4 hours free for me but they would try and do some of the treatments at the same time if I didn't mind and I didn't. They offered free transport to... More
