Mal Bali Galeria is a large shopping complex conveniently located at the Simpang Dewaruci landmark and roundabout in Kuta. The expansive shopping and entertainment precinct boasts a 'family mall' concept, carrying a slogan of 'enjoy, play, eat, shop'. Various tenants, outlets and event highlights make it a favourite destination among locals and visitors.Besides shopping and dining, Mal Bali Galeria is also a popular leisure venue where different 'happenings' regularly occur on its calendar of events. These mostly take place in its large atrium referred to as the 'dome' with a large central fountain. Adding to the convenience factor is a three-storey car park, as well as a dedicated open parking space for motorcycles in its eastern ground level.

We were on holiday from Newcastle Australia with my wife only having an tooth extraction two weeks for before we left. The day after our arrival my wife was suffering quite a lot of discomfort from a piece of bone that had started to protrude through her gum near where her tooth had been extracted and was so sharp it... This mall doesn't have the massive range of shops one would expect when viewing it from the outside, where it appears to be very large, but is well worth visiting. Walkways are wide and spacious, and it certainly wasn't crowded when I went there. There are two good bookshops, an appliance/hardware store/supermarket and the usual range of fashion and shoe... Loads of brands here and a great hypermart! Great place to stock up for Nyepi. Love the prices of magnum in Indonesia.

We went there to watched movie at the Cinema XXI which played midnight so it finished at 11 pm. We wanted to go through the mall heading to parking area. But the lights were off and the door was closes. So we went through the parking car area which we didn't know that there was under renovation. We were all... More

Of all the shopping centres, this would have to be my favourite. It is multilevelled and has plenty of options for all shoppers from the small specialty shops to Matahari, a large housewares department store and a large hypermarket ( which is like Coles). There is also a large choice of restaurants, and an open garden area in the centre... More

Usually have a trip to the Galeria while in Bali. It's great for shoes having lots of little shoe shops and also a Matahari where there are always plenty of shoes. There is also an Ace Hardware where my husband enjoys a good look round. Lots of eating places too.

We visited the Mal Bali Galeria on several occasions this trip, because the 911 Dental Surgery is located there (highly recommended). This is a very large shopping and dining complex in Kuta, located away from the beach and the crowds. Has everything you would need including; a large supermarket with cheap clothing, a large electrical supermarket, a Matahari department store... More
