Very nice shopping mall with something for everyone. There's a deli where you can get the bits you crave - there's even an honest money changer. Nice restaurants out the front, overlooking Kuta beach - you pay for the view. This mall is well worth a visit. Cheers Niels & Mary, Humpty Doo, NT, Australia, Down Under

This is an expensive place to shop even for souvenirs, clothes or gifts. Great to have a look around but you're better off shopping elsewhere. Go to 'Ketuts fixed price shop' in Garlic Lane, Legian, which runs between Padma and Melasti, for clothes and presents before you shop anywhere else. She has lots of surf brands, ask for what you... SOGO style shopping center but the stores are by themselves. Did not see any extra ordinary values but the stores are plenty. Was all built up for the A&W in the mall but it was disappointing; burger was dry and you have to pay extra for the tap root beer. Travel Tip: This has the easiest way to get to... More

Discovery Mall makes for an interesting couple of hours browsing and watching the other shoppers. However there are no bargains here - in fact some brand items are more expensive than in Australia - and if they're cheaper - you can be sure they're of a lesser quality even with the brand name.

Discovery Mall was not far from our hotel, which was fantastic. Patrons can have the beach side option or the street side option to enter which is great. A wide variety of shops with well-known brands but it isn't any cheaper than shopping in Australia. There were many options of Restautants to chose from. We didn't find it exceptionally great... Bali has changed for the worst. It is now more expenaive to both stay, eat and drink then Australia. we suggest before you book a holiday in Bali consider the fact that without doubt the overall cost is much more expensive than holidaying in Australia. just getting out of the airport when you land here costs you $50aus and same... Visited these shops quite a few times. Don't expect cheap prices. After you have bought a few things at the markets you can feel good knowing the bargains you got. My favourite shop here is the hardware shop, there are a variety of items not easy to find elsewhere. I finally found Indonesian Monopoly and a few other items I... More

Average to say the least, the best bit was that it was air conditioned, so a nice escape from the heat. Other than that, not really anything good to say about it, would waste my time with this place.

Discovery shopping mall has a wide range of shops for you to look around, especially with many restaurants or coffee shops nearby. From cheap to expensive, goods may be a little different as compared outside the streets. Visitors come in flocks (group tours always, a very good location) to see the sunset outside the mall. If you want to take... More
