If you want to scape the crowds of Kuta, this might be your place, unlikely other Bali beaches where you have to go down tricky stairs; I this you park your bike right on the beach, the beach side road is a bit littered, again, just keep your eyes on the ocean.

Jimbaran Bay is gorgeous at sunrise, sunset and through the day if it's not too hot. It's a great beach to walk down, watch birds and fishermen from, pick up some shells and see the locals and tourists and fish restaurants and get a vibe. There is also some good swimming areas and nice small waves.

If you are looking for a romantic place, this is the one! It's not the type of romance where it's just both of you as it's crowded with tourist. But it's an awesome experience to be sitting on a beach watching the sunset together as you have your dinner. Look at how beautiful the sky turns and take a stroll... More

The beach is quiet compared to Kuta and Seminyak. The restaurants on the beach are accessible and an experience to be had while you watch the sunset. The side streets are being improved as previously written, so care is needed. But certainly there are bargains to be had from the local sellers. A great place to spend a week to... More

A beautiful place to end the day, watching the horizon as the sun sets and enjoying a magnificent seafood meal. Seafood absolutely amazing, no words to describe the exquisite and so very fresh taste! Try the balinese sauce! And cheap! Paid $60AUD between 2 for a grilled red snapper, squid. 1 oyster and 2 tiger prawns.

Beautiful beach but not much shade...take a parasol! Beach cafe was nice and we didn't get harassed to buy kites or bracelets which was nice!

Jimbaran is being improved each time we revisit. with more restaurants and places to have a lovely massage. New pavements and walkways are currently under construction, so it is not so good for anyone with a disability at the moment, but should be a huge improvement in a few months time.
