Amazing sunset

One of the best places to see the Bali Sunset. The beach is beautiful with a lot of restaurants with tables on the sand where you can eat sea food for a good price.

Lovely beach stretch in front of Intercontinental Bali Resort. Clean and well groomed. At night, there are lights to light up the beach.

We had dinner on Jimbaran Bay but I don't recall the name of the restaurant as we literally went there not too long after we landed in Bali. The beach was nothing special. I had read that having dinner on Jimbaran Bay was a popular thing to do before I came so decided to try. The beach was quite empty,... More

The night market on Jimbaran Bay has a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The cafes are right on the beach with lovely sunset views. You can also watch planes landing at the nearby airport. It is possible to bargain since the cafes are numerous and competitive. The seafood is good and there are balinese dancers performing at various cafes along with... More

A beautiful place to watch the sunset while having dinner. Practically can see planes jet off and land at the end of the other side of the beach.

This place is real expensive and food quality is also okay. There are a line of restaurants. make sure you choose the right one. Bargain for the Sea Food - as they charge in KG ( Kilo Grams ). If you get a better place in Bali - go fro it. *****************************************************************************************************************************************************

I was underwhelmed visiting Jimbaran Bay. After hearing so many good things about its its just a west facing, overcrowded beach. There are much more pleasant places to watch the sun go down with far less people. For those interested there are man restaurants and bars to satisfy anyones needs. The tide goes out pretty far so so be careful... More

Watching the sunset as the gentle waves crash on the beach whilst sipping cocktails or having seafood meals on tables at the beach is fabulous. It is expensive at most of the restaurants on the bay but you can take your own picnic as you please. It is a great way to fill and hour or two before you need... More

Lovely sand with very little coral to tread on!! Very calm warm sea so perfect for children. Very long, very empty, glorious beach with the airport at one end (but don't let that put you off) and the Four Seasons at the other.

I think that whether you like this bay or not depnds on when you're there and which part of the bay you're at. I stayed two times at the Intercontinental Bali Resort, and the stretch of beach adjacent to the resort compound is usually very clean, maybe just occasional rubbish pushed to the shore by the tides and waves. I... More
