Yeh, yeh, yeh the bird park is great with happy , healthy birds in well kept grounds but it was the reptile park that surprised us. My husband and 6 yr old went in there not expecting much but a guide grabbed us as we came in and whisked us off. First the crocodile. For around $10 AUD hubby got... More

Make sure are going there on the non-rainy day. The park has some parrots and other bird which move freely and you can take colorful photos with them. You can also see alive komodo dragon in this park. And Papua pavilion is simply amazing.

This is a must for any Bali itinerary. We went to the Elephant Safari Park and Lodge the day before and this trumped the elephant park. The grounds are impeccable and the exhibits very well done. The best part about the park is that you are totally immersed in it. This is not your typical North American animal park experience... More

This is not Singapore's Jurong bird park, it is smaller and set in a more natural environment. There are thousands of midges hovering in the air so don't walk around gaping. There is a lone komodo dragon as well. Loads of macaws and parrots for photos if you like. The security guard isolated us for disinfecting while the hoards of... More

The park has plenty of birds, some of which are just roaming freely and you can have photos with many of the exotic birds. If you are in Ubud its an easy way to spend the morning, but save a little time for the reptile park. Bring the kids and watch the bird shows/demonstrations.

This bird park is excellent. Lots of interesting and colourful birds - many of them which you can handle and/or get close to. Good photo opportunities. A couple of walk-in aviaries (which are great) and occasional low-key shows around the park during the day. Spare a bit of time to visit the small (but interesting) reptile park next door which... The BBP has stunning collection of birds, you can never get a closer look at them than you get to witness in the BBP. I wonder how do they even train them to sit on the same tree and the branch and none of these birds are caged. This place is for all age groups and must visit for all... More

What a wonderful place. Big colourful birds everywhere. Different aviaries to walk through representing a few different countries. We held the most colourful birds and while they took photo's with their cameras with an opportunity for us to buy at the end they were also more than happy to take photo's for us with our cameras, no pressure at all.... This bird park is very clean, designed very well, the pathways to walk, the cafe and restaurant inside it, the toilets, the birds, the plants are just 'right there' and all the staff are very polite with typical Indonesian warmth welcoming you starting from the entrance until you sit in your car at parking area. I love to enjoy their... More
