Brilliant day riding down through the rice fields and local villages. Beautiful scenery and great commentary about the local culture. Our guide (Adi) and the Hai team looked after our family, especially our 2 girls (aged 7 & 9) who they helped all the way through the ride.

Kadek, Made and Wayan absolutely made our holiday with this bike tour. From the pick up at our door, right through to the drop off later that day, our family had a brilliant day. The scenery was outstanding, meeting local people in their villages was fantastic, the meals were yummy and lots of great information from Made on the transfer... More

This bike tour was excellent value. We were picked up from our resort and taken back at the end of the day. All the riding was downhill or flat which it much easier in the heat. A support van followed with extra water and the option of a lift if wanted. Other reviews tell of the days activities and i... More

I've been on a couple of bike tours on the island, both more extreme than this one and this was by far my favourite. Our pick up was timely and our first stop at Pulina Agrotourism in Tegallalang could not have been more beautifully organised. Seamless in fact. Perched, overlooking the valley below, amongst the bamboo, sipping from the half... More

What a fantastic experience this trip was. It felt completely authentic to travel through the Balinese villages and see how the communities live with each other. Fantastic from the start at the coffee plantation with a very informative guide right through the cycling to the end of the day for dinner in the rice fields. There are many cycle tours... More

Bali Hai bike tours was my 2nd bike tour of Bali and I still believe the best way to see Bali. The variety that Bali Hai offered was great. The Rice fields, the coffee plantation, the bamboo forest, temples and villages. The breakfast was lovely and adequate but I wasn't fussed in the location, not as good a spot as... More

Dear Sharon L, Thank you very much for taking your time to write this review. We are really delighted that you enjoyed your trip despite the problem occurred during the pick up. We believe that it was just a little miscommunication which should not happen. The transportations provided were just more than sufficient to pick up all the participants until... More

We had an excellent day with Bali Hai, my husband and I were picked up at around 8.30 from our hotel in Seminyak , there were 4 others on the same trip so we had a group of 6 for the day. We started heading up to the volcano stopping along the way to view the tegalalang rice terraces, then... More

I did this tour with my husband in june 2014, then again with my sister and daughter April 2015. It was great both times. We did a slightly different route each time, they seem to have updated their bikes in between, or maybe I was just more confident the 2nd time :). You do not need to be a regular... More
