My wife and I were at the Bali Safari Park and were told about the Bali Theatre, What a great show. The show had everything from Balinese music, puppetry, stage setting, costumes and live animals. The show tells the story of a Balinese King going on a sea voyage and the tale of his experiences along the way. The theatre... More

To be frank.. We did not expect much from the show. It was going to be in Balinese language so were hoping only not be boring. All were given brief background about the story in the pamphlet provided by the staff. It looked an ordinary story but when the show started, audience was kept engaged by the artists with their... My little girl (1y 9mo) managed to be entertained through the whole show, which lasted about an hour. I enjoyed learning about the stories of their gods and understand the many... More

Still couldn't believe it's almost 2 hours live performance. Dancer also animals, amazing. In the mid of the jungle, this huge building with the show is a must see performance. Strongly recommended if you visit Bali Safari.

I couldn't stress enough how amazing the entire performance was. From lighting, to costumes, and the animals.... oh my god, so good!!!! Even my kids' eyes were all fixated to the stage. It truly is one of the BEST experience from my entire Bali trip. This is not one of those boring traditional story plays we often find in touristy... More
