This is an absolute must see show. The day we saw it the audience was extremely small but the performance was huge! A wonderful theatre experience with animals and a very large cast.Everything about the show was grand, the costumes, actors, special effects and lighting. The stage set behind a water feature which is incorporated into the show. DO NOT... More

Having seen anything like this - a complete visual treat. Performances so well choreographed, unbelievably giant puppets - wonder how they were being operated. Watching the performances there can make you come closer to the balinese art and culture - the masks, the makeup, the dance and song, the shadow art - you can find it all here and you... More

I have seen Bali Agung twice and it still amaze me. If you come to Bali and confuse to choose between Devdan Show in Nusa Dua or Bali Agung Show at Bali Safari & Marine Park, I will recommend the best; watch them both. Bali Agung has better costumes, better music and performances. The story tells us about a tragic... More

This theatre is in Bali Safari and Marine Park. So, if you visit the park buy the package that including this show. Some people play the traditional Balinese musical instruments to welcome visitors entering the theatre and while we wait for the performance start. The performances involving more than a hundred people and some animals. They play a very beautiful... More

A friend brought me to watch this show. I have never heard of the Bali Agung Show. The show was simply amazing. I would call this "Indonesia's Broadway". It is spectacular with 180 talented performers and dancers on stage with live animals depicting a historical account of Bali. The choreographer did a fantastic job! I enjoyed every bit of it... More

the Atmosphere in an old temple I think was amazing. Open to the night sky, little bats flew up high, the moon shone down, Balinese Music started and the Modern take of ballet by a handsome young man was spectacular

As part of Bali Safari, the Bali Theatre is an excellent theatre, very clean and modern with good sound systems. The 1 hour-long performance showcasing spectacular costumes and props with great music and dancing. I particularly love the narator's English with heavy Balinese accents and the Legong dancers. The dancers are definitely real Balinese dancers, not just any girls with... More

A huge sophisticated theater with a colossal show. The story was about Balinese legend preformed by more than 100 performances on stage. The music sounds so beautiful. Don't miss this one if you are visiting Bali Safari

In just an hour long of the Bali Agung musical show, I had a brief glimpse of the Balinese story and its history. Never once was I bored through the show. The magnitude, color, costumes, choreography and everything makes it so enticing to watch. The theatre is also very comfortable with tiered seatings and with clear unblocked view of the... More
