We took the shorter elephant ride. at $85 USD each, it was over priced and over quickly. Would have taken the longer one through the river if we do it again.

I visited this place many times before, and came back here again because a colleague wants to see how it is. Well, I personally don't really like the place. The enclosures are not well-maintained and dirty. The animals looked bored and all of our pictures of the animal tells a sad story of captivity. The only good thing about this... More

Yesterday we visited the zoo and asked for a short elephant ride with zoo admission, and that is what we were given. We paid by card and realised when we returned to the hotel that they had charged us for a long ride which was about $20each more expensive. Disappointing because I know that he knew we only wanted short... More

We went here mid January and were really disappointed! The animals looked really unhappy and bored, their enclosures are dirty and extremely small! Ended up leaving and later booked to go to the bali safari and marine park which is waaaay better, an amazing experience that I highly recommend whilst In bali! The animas are treated well and cared for,... More

We have been to bali safari three times so thought we would try this zoo instead but I feel it was a bad choice for the $$$... It was beautiful and we did get to experience handling a lot of animals but it was over in an hour... We also paid for camp splash which was underwhelming it was empty... More

The zoo was an afternoon trip out - nice to see different animals than the usual. The enclosures are quite small and the animals do look bored. Be prepared for 100's of mosquitoes - we left earlier than planned due to them continually attacking us.

I went here expecting a much better experience for the extreme price. Poor facilities, old dirty. We actually did hold a lot of animals and feed a tiger and feed a crocodile and deer but everything cost money once you were inside. We must of spent AUS$70. Go to the Bali Safari Park instead, so much better value and good... More

Yes, it's expensive. Yes, the animals are caged and sad looking. But, that aside my 9 yr old son and I had a great time- bird, deer, goats and elephant feeding, elephant riding and walking through the various areas. A zoo is a zoo, the smile on your kids faces will make any negatives seem worthwhile. Glenn and Aiden Taylor... More

A quite small and too pricy ( 650000idr for two). Animal encounters was small for some animals. I'm not sure was this worth visiting.
