We had a great day! Pros: - Clean and pretty surroundings - Good restaurants at affordable prices - The possibility to have pictures taken with some of the animals (you can buy them afterwards, though they had a hard time finding out pictures - but you can also use your own camera) - Friendly staff - It's possible to buy... Relatively small , but entertaining for small kids. Our daughter was 9 years old and loved it. Highlight was elephant ride for 15 mins. We bought the short trek safari which inc lunch, pick up and elephant ride . lunch was excellent. zoo small and a little outldated esp bear pit. I would give the package 7 /10. Went to... More

The people complaining about the prices and size of this place sound ungrateful to me. You are able to take your own photos with animals and the staff will even use your phone if you ask, you aren't required to buy any. We got so many great photos but we bought one anyhow because its a nice souvenir if you... More

We went to the Bali zoo but unfortunately it is so out dated with most of the animals on concrete floors. The safari Park is beter. The only good thing about the day was sharing the transport with Luke from Justice Crew and his lovely girlfriend, who were both beautiful people.

This zoo is jam packed with endangered species mostly from Indonesia, i don't think I have ever been to a zoo like that. Quite small, but, with a breeding programme. We had breakfast (just myself and my husband) with 2 elephants - not an experience you get every day. Worth every penny.

This Zoo is designed to extract maximum amount of $$$ out of the tourist. Entry cost for family of 4 is US $ 100, Photos cost $16 , Elephant rides $50 ( 70 metre ride), hand feeding animals incurs additional cost, the charges don't stop. The flora is interesting, but the Zoo itself looks a little tired, not many animals... More

We arrived early (9:30am) and went straight in, the cues when we left at about 11:30 were really long, so would recommend early arrival. There were lots of animals, but lots of opportunities to pay extra to feed them or have you photo with an animal....didn't sit well with me but I guess it helps with the upkeep. I am... More

We went on the only night it rained during our stay which "dampened our spirits". We walked down the elephant riding track to hand feed the elephants then back up to hold some animals and have a bit of a show with them. Then we walked around the zoo in the dark which was good because all the animals were... More

Spent a great morning with the family at the zoo. It is not huge an easy to walk all around and the grounds are fantastic, amongst a huge variety of vegetation, very clean and well kept. The variety of animals available is not great but more than enough to keep the kids entertained. The highlight was the adult male orangutan... More

For starters getting to the Zoo was not easy by motorbike. It was a good thing I had a partner to help navagate to find the Zoo then there was maybe 20/25 people standing i line to buy tickets and we waited for over 35 min just to get to the window. Then it was very difficult in getting the... More
