What a fantastic experience - amazing day seeing the 'real' bali. mostly riding downhill was tiring but not overly so even with a 4 year old on the back. our guide david was very friendly and knowledgable and gave extra attentions to our child. we had david riding at the frount and were followed by our driver in the back... Great day with excellent friendly guides. This is a downhill cycling tour so not hard on the legs. The bikes and helmets were well maintained ( 10 speed) . This is so worth doing. I did this 2weeks ago. Breathtaking scenery. We went through a traditional Balinese family home. Super fast down those hills!
