We planned a double dive off Lebongan with Bali Hai. They were very accommodating to our requests for locations, etc. We have scuba dived before but aren't open water certified. The plan was to do a introductory dive off of their pontoon and then go to a more difficult location at Manta Bay to see Manta Rays. Due to weather... More

My dive buddy and I were not planning on diving, until we reached the pontoon and met the Bali Hai dive staff and were completely sold. We had the best time. We opted to do two drift dives alongside the reef at Nusa Penida, ten minutes by boat from the Bali Hai pontoon. Our divemaster, Anne-Laure, was fabulous. So experienced... More

I can not believe there was no brief introduction before diving. Even I did not know who is my instructor. until the last minute, a man came to say hi to me and he told me he was the instructor today. Including me, there were 3 divers with 1 instructor only. I have the OW certificate. However, another 2 divers have... More

Did the Bali Hai Reef Experience with my family. I decided to do the optional dive. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Dive master was very professional. The weather went bad that day but the dive team did everything the could to keep everyone safe. Great dive. Great day. Thanks Bali Hai Diving centre.

We decided to do a dive close to Nusa Lembongan on our trip to Bali in Sep 13. I am an advanced diver and dive very well when diving in South Africa and Mozambique as I am used to the reefs, water temp, enviroment and also have my own equipment when I dive. However I find diving in Malaysia and... More

Really professional and friendly instructor. We did tulamben dive in couple. I'm rescue diver but it was the first dive for my girlfriend. She had a lot of problem for equalising but our instructor reassured her, was really patient and in the end we all reached the 12m deep wreck and had an amazing time! My best dive experience so... Dear Pierre, Thank you very much for joining us in Tulamben and for taking the time to post your review. We are happy to hear that you and your girlfriend enjoyed your experience on the wreck. It is not unusual for first time divers to experience some troubles equalizing. These problems are usually solved by taking things slowly and giving... More

Working for a travel agency means I get to check out different diving companies in different parts of the world. Bali hai diving defenitely belongs to the top. The staff from Bali Hai takes enough time to practice the basic skills with you. They explain the most important things before you go in. But the best thing is, they are... More

Back in April 2013 was on a day cruise with Bali Hai to Nusa Lembongan for some snorkelling. During the trip was approached by one of the Bali Hai diving team asking if I wanted to do an introduction to SCUBA dive. I've never thought about doing SCUBA before, so thought I would give it a go. Probably the best... More

From the top Bali Hai was first class. My Brother and I were there in March 2013. I did my Open water course and my advanced open water. My brother has already been a certified diver for about 15 years now. We did 4 days of diving and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The dive sites were amazing and our dive master... More

Had an awesome time! The staff were very friendly! We got to spend quite a bit of time snorkeling, we weren't rushed or limited. There was food on the cruise as part of the cost of purchasing your ticket. It was average, but what you would expect for a buffet. Had a great experience and time on the village tour,... More
