Constantia House is an architectural feat in a shape of a wedding cake. It belongs to La Martiniere College, one of the most prestigious schools in the city. It demonstrates the pre-independence era architecture in India. Its grand !!

The grand building of the Constantia House is probably one of the most majestic structures I've ever seen. The main building of the sprawling La Martinere College, Constantia House makes you "feel" history through its corridors and beautifual arch ways. I left only wishing I could have studied at an institution that housed so much history!

Designed by the famous French architect Claude Martin, who founded schools in Lucknow and Kolkata, the Constantia House is shaped like a giant wedding cake. The heritage building has a running college and beautiful lawns all around. It is in one of the most beautiful locations of Lucknow.

A historical palace cum school, built between 1790 and 1800. Best school in Lucknow and one of the best in the world.

This structure is an example of great architecture, the plus point is the beauty & how well maintained it is now. Full campus has its own history & facts attached.

One of the famous place to witness, you will highly appreciate the British architecture , see it both at the daytime and in the evening time, if permitted go upto 2nd floor and see the Library , how beautifully and systemically everything has been maintained, see the building from inside and you will love it.
